This newly renovated property features a 3 Bedroom, 2 full bath main house, a detached 2 Bedroom, one bath guest house, and a fully equipped pool house, pool and a hot tub.
Some of the other main features include, outdoor dining areas, gas BBQ, pool house with 85 inch TV and surround sound, outdoor shower, fire pit, Bocce ball/horseshoe court and plenty of outdoor areas to soak in the TopaTopa mountains. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat.
The beautifully furnished main house has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. AC/heat. Outdoor dining off of the main house sits under a shaded trellis, leading to an above ground pool (pool IS NOT heated) and a six person hot tub.
The guest house has two bedrooms and one bathroom, living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. AC/heat. Off the second bedroom, French doors lead to a large outdoor deck for lounging and dining.
Detached, pool house has a wet bar, 85 inch screen TV with surround sound and a 1/2 bathroom with an outdoor shower. The pool house also has AC/heat.
The grounds, situated on an expansive lot with plenty of outside lighting, fruit trees and fully gated/automated wood driveway gate with key code entry for both properties.
New bikes are available to take to the nearby town or the numerous bike paths in the surrounding area. Walking distance to several restaurants/shops and markets in the quaint town of Meinerâs Oaks. Just a few minutes walk from The Deer Lodge, Papa Lennons, The Farmer and The Cook and Coffee Corner, to name a few.
This home has a 30 night minimum rental period.
