Waterfront and Trail-backing retreat in the heart of the city!

This is a lovely waterfront (marsh) home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an office.

There is a large multi-level deck, where you can enjoy the beautiful marsh and trail views. Water is present during high tide, at which time you may even go fishing.

There is a formal living room and one family room (both have leather sofas). Each of these rooms as well as each bedroom has a TV for your enjoyment!

Two rooms are quite sizable and have king-sized beds. The third room has a queen bed.

Kitchen is large, spacious and functional. We believe we have everything you need to make a great meal for you and your guests.

Furniture is all new!

We’ve rented this home for two years in a row and have had great experiences both times. The house is comfortable, well‑located, and perfect for a relaxing stay in Beaufort. A few minor repairs are needed, but management has always responded quickly and taken care of anything we reached out about. Overall, a wonderful place we’re happy to return to.

We loved the location and we were in town for a wedding over the weekend and it was close to downtown and all the festivities. We will definitely stay here again when in town!

This place was great! It smelled really good when we walked in and it was very clean. It was actually a lot bigger than we thought. There was plenty of room for two adults and three small children. The location was great! The Spanish Small trail is a few steps away and we walked it every evening. The view is really nice also. The light above the kitchen sink was not workable. It would be nice if that fixed. We word definitely stay here again.

This is a very spacious home a few steps from the Spanish moss trail and very convenient to everything else in Beaufort. There is plenty of offstreet parking. The owner is extremely responsive and very interested in making sure her guests have a comfortable stay.

The house is large and beautifully maintained. When we arrived, we were missing some esstential items but the owner was quick to respond. I do suggest a guest bring many of their own supplies, i.e. all soaps, PT, TP, extra towels, as there was either none or a very minimal supply for a house that sleeps at least 6.

This is a peaceful and lovely VRBO home. Hosts were great - answered questions via VRBO website quickly. Great Master Bedroom suite with large modern bathroom. Entire home feels as if it were recently renovated inside. Relaxing on back trilevel deck would get 10 stars - modern well appointed kitchen plus having the Spanish Moss walking/biking trail half a block away was a great bonus

Great location, roomie for families

Beautiful view of the marsh with large, roomie bedrooms. Great location. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Beaufort. 4 stars because there were some unsecured tiles in the primary that need to be fixed.

Surprise stay

We could not believe how wonderful this house was. Wish we could have stayed much longer because we did not get to fully enjoy. Will definitely be staying again.

The location of the house was great.The house was very spaciousThere were several things wrong at the house. I did not see any way you could fish in the backyard even in high tide, so that was a little bit of a disappointment. However, the Spanish Moss Trail is right beside the house and it had a small fishing pier which was great. The trail is definitely a nice amenity to the house.Most of the lights in the house were dim and look like aftermarket lightbulbs, or something could be the issue. This was mostly noticeable in the kitchen and master bedroomThe master bathroom was nice, but there’s broken floor tile rocked under your feet.The front porch lights flickered constantly. They were such a nuisance that we ended up cutting them off. Ceiling fan in the front bedroom was seized up and did not work so we had to go buy a box fan because it was a hot weekendThe front door motorized latch/lock was temperamental and a couple of times. had to leave the house unlocked..Overall happy with the house being suspicious and location is great, but these few observations were noticeable enough to mention

College visit/golf trip

We picked up my son in Myrtle beach and drove to Beaufort. The house was perfect for the four of us. Great location in relation to where we played golf as well as restaurants. Perfect house. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is a true gem for the price! The house is huge and has the most beautiful back yard! Definitely keeping this property on my list to come back to!
