You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located unit. Professionally cleaned.
You’ll have a private entrance to come and go as you’d like with a code keypad door. Our newly renovated BASEMENT 500 sq ft is perfect for a guest suite to escape for a few days. Private bathroom and mini kitchen. 10 min away from airport. Bus and train station walking distance. 15 min walk to Revere Beach
We are in close proximity to Downtown Boston as well as Salem and other areas.
Free wifi

Only downside is there is a SUMP PUMP for the toilet and kitchen drain, so no toilet paper, wipes, feminine products,hair or food can be flushed or sent down the drain.

There is plenty of free street parking. A visitor’s pass will be provided to avoid those overnight tickets! This visitor’s pass, however, must be returned before the end of your stay otherwise there will be a $150 fee.

To enter the suite you will be provided with a 4 digit code to access the unit.

Comfortable stay in Revere with a great host and good location.

This space was perfect for our trip to the Boston area. It had the things we needed with a very clean bathroom plus a full set of toiletries and towels. The bedroom was a cozy place to rest with comfortable bedding. Their Kitchenette provided a hot pan, coffee maker and microwave plus a set of utensils and plates that allowed us to have a few meals at home. The location was key. We rode public transportation in Boston and the bus stop was located a few feet from this space. The host was very friendly and communication was perfect. He left clear instructions on checking in and out and was available for any questions. We would definitely come back to stay on our next trip to the Boston area!

Good stay

area was nice and the room was clean and cozy. the entrance was kinda scary and dangerous and we could hear every noise from the upstairs like kids running around and stuff but it was quiet at night. parking wasn’t the easiest to find either but overall we had a good stay.

Looked just like listing!

The property was very clean and beds comfortable. The shower was large. There were motion detected lights on the driveway, around back where the entrance is and in the stairwell. There is also a handrail in the stairwell, which is somewhat steep.You can hear the owners upstairs walking during waking hours but it's not bothersome when you're trying to sleep.We were there after it had snowed and finding street parking was a challenge.We would stay here again.

Super clean and convenient to beaches and Boston

Super friendly host . Great communication with the hosts. The parking pass they offered for street parking was greatly appreciated. We would recommend this place to others.

Covenant location to airport and beach

Great place for the price if you want to be near the airport and beach. Parking was hard to find in the street. I wouldn’t list it as parking on the rental as it seems you have driveway parking with the picture on the listing but they only provide a pass to park in street. You can hear every foot step and a young kid running or crying from this basement studio. They did make sure it was quiet between 10 pm and 9am. Overall the place was perfect for the price. I would stay there again.

Awesome place to stay

My wife and I stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving and we really enjoyed it. First of all, Jorge let us know weeks in advance that he was having family over for Thanksgiving and to expect more noise above us than usual. He gave us $250 off after booking for the inconvenience! We didn't ask for it or anything! The noise ended up not even bothering us since it was pretty quiet after 9pm. The location was awesome with plenty of free parking (he'll give you a pass to put in your window). The place was very clean, no weird smells at all. The shower was massive and fancy shampoo/conditioner/bodywash was provided. Everything was well stocked. There was plenty of blankets and at least 3 different heat sources from what I could see. The neighborhood was safe and had plenty of restaurants. We drove to the train station because it was raining but it probably would have taken somewhere between 15-20 min to walk with Dunkin'/Starbucks being around the halfway point of that walk. Overall just an awesome stay, we highly recommend it!

The neighborhood was peaceful. Parking was ok and I felt my car was safe. The owners are very nice and helpful. My friend had to sleep on a very small couch while I had the bed. The entrance to the apartment was a bit sketchy. Super steep stairs that we uneven and no railing.

Super clean and pleasantly spacious

Extremely clean and welcoming! Hosts were very helpful. They know the little things to make you feel welcome: nice smelling shampoo, conditioner, soap, extra towels/blankets, and a spacious and well-decorated basement that has been converted into an apartment style rental. My husband and I welcomed all of the space during our stay in Boston area and found it pretty simple to access. The walk to the beach are not bad at all, as well as the T stop if you choose to not ride buses.
