Take note that this fabulous deck faces north, so there no need for pull down shades that you have to try to look at the view through to protect you from the sun and to lower the temperatures on the deck! There are two additional balconies as well, so you’ll have views for days in almost every direction and direct sun if that's what you wish.

You’ll have everything you need in your well-stocked chef’s kitchen to whip up a meal to enjoy at the 12’ island, the indoor dining table, or al fresco on the covered balcony. The balcony is the perfect place to take in your first coffee of the day, sip cocktails, gaze at the starry skies, or curl up and read a book by the fireplace. A new barbecue will be available on the deck.

The kitchen features modern white cabinetry and Calacatta quartz counter tops, stainless Bosch appliances, and a spacious walk-in pantry.

Two complete en-suite bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the homes. Nestle into the softest linens on all brand new mattresses, and never worry about running out of hot water with your own tankless water system!

- Primary En-Suite: offers a California king bed, dual vanities, oversized tub, large walk-in shower, and direct access to the rear patio overlooking the golf course and mountains.
- Second En-Suite: King bed, double vanity sinks, walk in closet, spa shower, walk-in closet, and private balcony
- Convertible 3rd bedroom: Full-size bed. Note there is a Hunter Douglas sliding blind to separate this convertible space from the hallway.

Comfortable, high-quality furnishings and beautiful artwork are used throughout the home, There is a large laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer, sink, tons of counter space, and extra storage. We’ve stocked the home with all of the essentials and have tried to anticipate every need here! Lastly, rest assured that our cleaners follow the CDC guidelines for both cleaning and disinfecting between guests.

- This home is all about peace, relaxation, and taking in the beautiful surroundings; this is not a party house. Noise guidelines are strictly enforced by the HOA.
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind on property, including cigarettes, vaping, e-ciggarettes, or cigars.
- We cannot host pet(s) or allow for visiting pet(s) on property.

- Relax and take in stunning, shaded views of the golf course and mountains—your perfect retreat in the heart of Palm Springs. Even during the warmest months, the home stays cool and comfortable with a Nest smart thermostat, blinds in the sun-facing bedroom, and energy-efficient appliances throughout. From April through August, we cover up to $200 of electricity usage. This fee will show as $0 here, however, any amount beyond that will be billed separately after your stay with a copy of the billing. This thoughtful approach allows us to offer a luxurious, climate-conscious experience for all our guests.
