The space
The house consists of five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms and a large sunroom, in addition to the kitchen. Our best feature is probably the large windows that let in ample natural light. The backyard is fenced on three sides, and looks out into a nine hole golf course.

Guest access
The driveway is large enough for four cars. There is also ample street parking, on the east side of the street.

Other things to note
There is a camera facing the front door and another on the back door of this house. We do not have cameras inside the residence itself, so your privacy is assured. The garage is used for storage and is inaccessible. we occasionally may come and get items from it but this will not impact your stay as we have made a separate entrance to the side of the house. there is a locked door between the garage and the house so we do not have access to your space while you are there.

It's best to consider this listing as a comfortable and clean home. We like to share our home and provide some foodstuffs for you our guests. However, in this day and age, we have to point out that you partake in our provided food and amenities at your own risk. If you are not comfortable with this, then please do not consume anything provided for free in the house. VRBO can often be an amazing experience in community and we hope you enjoy staying at our place.

Spacious convenient location

Traveling with friends for a weekend away. Due to storms, the owner offered an alternative property. We appreciated her helping to accommodate us. Excellent communication, lots of room.

Okay

To start with the positives it’s a large space good for large groups, beautiful view of the golf course. Negatives, the property needs a lot of updates and the pictures posted truly don’t depict this. It doesn’t have the aesthetics part down like most other properties we’ve stayed in. Not enough towels for a large party and also advertised it sleeps 12 people but really only room for 10. The whole house just looks like a poorly done DIY project and I feel like I paid way more than what it was worth.

False advertising

I booked and paid to stay at this property and a day maybe two days before check in the host reached out and said this property would not be available the dates paid for. In the message they gave me more options but neither property had the same amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and the price for the new place they offered was much cheaper. They offered me 100 off my booking if I went with one of the other properties. I have yet to receive my money back and now the host has stop replying

Wedding shower stay

We travelled in from to host a bridal shower. It was the weekend after the big storm. The owner worked tirelessly to clear branches. The size was great.

Hi guys, I'm Ambrose. Thanks for looking in on my listing. I worked for many years as a travelling nurse, and stayed in so many different places, which gave me the idea to open up my home too. We (me and my partner) begun by renting out a room or two, but after covid started, we took a break from hosting. We are now back with enhanced cleaning protocols and also have updated things to make the house better for our guests. Instead of by the room, we now do the entire place hosting.

I'm also a world traveler, and have had the privilege to live with people from pretty much every continent. So, come in, see my place, and know that wherever you are from, whatever your orientation, you are welcome in my home.

Choosing to live in the Maple Village neighborhood of Omaha offers residents and guests a good blend of the tranquility of suburban living, while giving easy access to urban convenience. This area is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, featuring tree-lined streets, large sidewalks, and well cared for homes. Maple Village provides a sense of community with several well regarded local parks and community centers that make it an ideal choice for those visiting with families. It is also quite peaceful and highly rated for its safety according to the Omaha crime map.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house is very spacious. We used to rent out the basement as a separate unit, but have now combined the two to give you this unique space. There are two separate living rooms! Three of the bedrooms are super sized, so if you need more beds in there, just let us know ahead of time and we can provide extra air mattresses.
