You will be staying in a stylish and comfortable suite within four (4) plex building.

The notable feature of this property is the unobstructed views of Downtown Calgary.

The property has been recently fully renovated with beautiful kitchen and bathroom upgrades.

Being centrally located just to the East of Downtown Calgary means you are near the Calgary Zoo, Telus Spark (Science Center) and the Max Bell Centre.
This apartment is located inside of a four (4) plex. You will be occupying a unit on the top floor. There is a shared exterior door which then divides to have the secure entrance to the upper and lower apartments. Your interior door is secure and not shared.

Albert Park and Radisson Heights are close to Downtown Calgary. Inglewood, Fort Calgary Historic Park and the Calgary Zoo, are just moments away. The Max Bell Centre (ice hockey arena) is located immediately west of Radisson Heights.

Albert Park/Radisson Heights is a residential neighborhood in the south-east quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. It is bounded to the west by the Bow River and Deerfoot Trail, to the north by Memorial Drive and to the south by International Avenue.
You have access to the entire use of the suite. There are three (3) other units in the building which you do not have access to.

There is parking for one (1) vehicle at the rear of the building (based on availability) but rest assured, there is ample street parking.
There are two (2) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom.

The entire space has recently been fully renovated.

There are full size washer and dryers for your sole use.

A large desk and desk chair are available for use making working from this space comfortable.

The living room has beautiful views of Downtown Calgary and a large screen TV for viewing pleasure.
LRT Station & Bus routes are within walking distance from the property.

Calgary Stampede

My family of four stayed here for 3 nights during 2023 Stampede. The house is very nice and comfortable for four. We would have appreciated a bit more seating in the living room but all in all, it was nice.
