Vi vill dela Dock Holiday House på den vackra Tellico sjön i Loudon, TN med de som är intresserade av ett bekvämt get-a-way. Ligger vid 180 Oonoga Way, Loudon, 37774 i Tellico Village, är sjön huset cirka 40 minuter från Maryville och 40 minuter från Knoxville. Tellico Village erbjuder många sätt att underhålla, från livemusik på fredagskvällar på Yacht Club, golf på en av tre härliga banor till en träningsanläggning komplett med massage på rekreationscentret.

Lenoir City, som ligger cirka 20 minuter bort, har ytterligare restauranger och shopping. Calhoun's on the River ligger cirka 15 minuter längs vägen. Den pittoreska staden Loudon, med sina antikaffärer och "mamma / pop", är också cirka 20 minuter bort.

Dock Holiday House erbjuder en vacker trädbevuxen utsikt med en djupt vattendocka i en privat vik. Huset har fyra sovrum och tre fulla bad. På övervåningen är ett stort rum med öppen spis, kök med dubbla spisar, tvättstuga, fyra matplatser och skärmad veranda som har känslan av ett trädhus. Nedervåningen finns ett mediarum och spelrum med ping pongbord, en utomhusveranda med härlig utsikt över sjön och en grill. Förutom fyra sovrum som sover två vardera, finns det en futon och en sprängmadrass. Sängkläder, handdukar etc. tillhandahålls.

Dock Holiday House har WiFi, NetFlix, kabel- och ljudsystem i hela hemmet ..

Det är ett utmärkt läge för ett lugnt get-a-sätt för två, men rymmer också lätt stora grupper och fungerar bra som en samlingsplats för familj och vänner.

Gästerna uppmuntras att simma vid bryggan och använda tillgängliga flottörer, stolar, bord med paraply och kajak.

Fantastic Family Home

This property is wonderful for family gatherings. We had our Thanksgiving dinner with family here. It is a beautiful, spacious home that is warm and inviting with fantastic sun room for beautiful views of the lake. The fireplace is a lovely touch. I appreciate the workspace in the kitchen for remote work during our vacation. I can’t say enough about the location and communication with the host was great! I highly recommend this lovely home!

Would not stay again

The first thing we immediately noticed when we walked in was a very strong, musty smell that permeated the house. Then go downstairs and the smell was even worse. I understand that we were next to water, but there was no de-humidifier to get rid of the excess moisture, nor were there any fans to circulate the air. The house was not very clean with cobwebs and spiders all over the house and to top it off, a hornet or wasp was circling the fan in the main room. We DID NOT leave any windows or doors open, and did not use the dock or outside area at all. Then there was no extra toilet paper anywhere in the house, and we were left to fend for ourselves when the last of it ran out. The downstairs bathroom had ringworms all over the sink, and we have video showing as much that has been submitted as this may have been one of the worst offenses of the home. Lastly, the neighborhood was VERY QUIET, which was explained in the guide book. If you are on vacation and looking to have some fun past 9pm, I would look elsewhere as this is not the place for you. We were not a howling at the moon group either, but did want to have a cocktail on the back deck/dock after the day. Then to top it off due to the location from Knoxville airport, our Uber canceled on us last minute, which apparently happens all the time. So you’ve been warned. We were not, and getting a taxi or the like on a Sunday is impossible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were very gracious and responsive and the home itself was beautiful. Clean, right on the lake and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Gorgeous location

We had a lovely stay at Doc Holiday house! Nestled in a quiet cove at Tellico lake you’ll enjoy peaceful mornings and even quieter nights! The walk to the dock is 74 steps with areas to rest along the way if need be. The dock has a small table ( no umbrella) but nice for a glass of wine or coffee. We rented a pontoon for the week which was delivered to us and enjoyed the lake! The house had all we needed although we had to scrounge around as things were not very organized in the kitchen ( no big deal). The house could use a second garbage can in the Garage- as it goes out Tuesday morning so it was already full from the last renters causing the garage to smell bad. Overall the outdoors could use some TCL to reduce the vines climbing up the trees to make it more visually appealing and save the beautiful oak trees- but this didn’t impact our stay. We’d stay again and the host was super responsive to our questions prior to rental! Plenty of room to spread out and we enjoyed the ping pong table several evenings!

Tellico rental

The location was awesome! The owners were great and responded promptly to an issue with the ladder on the dock. The house could definitely use some up grades, but overall a fantastic vacation!

Great house gir golf trip to Telico

We enjoyed our stay at the house on Oonoga. Perfect setup for guys golf trip. Cooked breakfast in morning before golf and relaxed in evening watching football. Very clean and well furnished.

Great Lake house

Everything went perfectly. We had one small issue, but the owners were quick to respond and was handled right away. I loved the layout of the house with 2 bedrooms on main level and the other 2 on lower level. We had all ages from 18 months to 73 years old. The lake house was perfect for everyone. It was great to be able to have our boat and jetski right there ready to use at any moment. The kids really enjoyed jumping off the dock with floats when the grown ups didn’t want to go out in the boat. The home was clean and had just about everything you needed. I would recommend for anyone. Great hosts. Great location.

Beautiful home

The home was very nice albeit a bit neglected and needed some updating. Kitchen was not as clean and organized as I had hoped. I found used pans in cabinets inadequately cleaned, cabinets were unorganized with lots of out dated food items. Rug in kitchen was filthy. I spent a couple of hours the first day making sure everything was as clean as I like. The positives outweighed the negatives. Beautiful lake with very little lake noise, screened in back porch with great view of the lake.

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved our stay in this wonderful, peaceful lakefront home! The communication with Stacy and Jim was great and checking in was a breeze. The views from the porch and dock are calm and relaxing, just what we needed. The home was clean, comfortable, welcoming and stocked with everything we could possibly require. Grocery stores are close by and the airport was only 40-45 minutes away. Locally, Thai Bistro and Monkey Town Brewing were delicious with MTB having a nice selection of local brews or try a sample flight. Knoxville is a lively city with a great selection of restaurants, bars, live music, stores and just a 45 minute drive. We also spent a fun day in Gatlinburg; so much to do there. As we wanted to rent a pontoon boat for the week, it was recommended by Stacy and Jim to give Tellico Lake Boat Rentals a call. Christine and Bob were pleasant and provided great service. Our boat was delivered right to our lakefront dock by with pickup at the end of the week. The whole process was easy and convenient. Overall, it was the perfect family vacation on a beautiful lake. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a wonderful way to spend time with family and friends! Thank you Stacy and Jim!!

Great Place for an Easter Family Reunion

“What a view”. “This place is awesome”. Those were the first words out of my family members. The pictures do not do it justice. We really enjoyed this place. It was centrally located. We had family and friends coming from California, New York, Arkansas as well as locally from Knoxville and Georgetown. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the dock. Great neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the evenings. We enjoyed spending time in the enclosed porch that overlooked the lake and had fun playing the board game that was on the table! There was a ping pong table, but we did not partake. The owners were very helpful about providing links for boat rentals. Unfortunately, the lake level was too low at the time and we were not allowed to rent. Overall, great place and we would love to spend time here again.

Golf Friends

This property was ideal for our 35th annual men’s golf trip. Property was clean, in good condition, and had all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable with plenty of space to visit. Sleeping arrangements were very adequate with plenty of linens and bath towels. Great property! Thanks for letting us stay we had a great reunion.

The sunroom off the back of the house feels like a tree house and provides a tranquil setting for relaxation. Down the steps awaits your private dock which can be your outdoor recreation hub for your stay. Swim or fish right off the dock, or rent a kayak or pontoon boat and try to explore as much of the 357 miles to Tellico lake shoreline as you can.
