My place is an entire private small one bedroom apartment that only the guests have use of. Pet friendly.
Located in a historic Victorian house in downtown Mobile, DeTonti Square District. NOVA EXPRESSO coffee shop just around the corner. Just blocks from popular Dauphin Street Downtown, walking distance. Many wonderful restaurants and clubs.
This apartment has recently been completely renovated with modern amenities like central air & heat, washer/dryer, new appliances. Very much like a high end condo with artwork and some antiques.

What a lovely little hideaway!

We had a wonderful time staying at Ken’s beautiful and unique property. This location is so quiet, but also so close to everything. We will stay with Ken again on our next visit to Mobile.

Quaint downtown location!

This spot was clean and perfect for a short stay! The area was quiet and we were able to take our dog out on a leash easily. Would stay here again!

Swanky cottage in Mobile

We had a good time staying here. It's within walking distance to Dauphin Street shopping and restaurants and has easy access to anywhere else you would want to go.

The Victoria House was perfect! I'm not kidding the location, the neighborhood grocery, the neighborhood bakery, and coffee shop all less than 5min walk. I was in town for the MEGA Conference and loved my stay at the Victoria House. I parked my car on the street, got a 3 day unlimited LIME pass, 12 BTW and had full access to downtown Mobile. The house was clean, easy to access, and the host was very responsive. Don't give it a second thought . . . STAY at the Victoria House.

Quaint

The home was warm and cozy and had everything you need. It was in walking distance to great bars and places to eat, plus near to the Saueger Theater. Very quiet neighborhood.

We've stayed at this property before and came back because it's perfectly situated to visit the city and the surroundings. The accommodations are secure with off street parking and easy access. We'll be back!

Really cozy and comfortable place

This was the perfect place for our quick getaway to Mobile. Had everything you could need, close to everything, and great communication from the host. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful intimate apartment in a restored home just blocks from Dauphin in a quiet neighborhood. Off street parking and easy access make it a smooth transition from a day out to the night in.

Cute Apartment with a Boho Vibe

This place was comfortable and welcoming with lots of character. Was even better in person than it looked in the photos. The owner made sure it was clean, comfortable and inviting as soon as we walked in. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and communication with the owner was quick and thorough. We only stayed for one night, but we will be back!

Great stay

Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed relaxing on the porch swing. Property was very well kept and clean. The property owner is super nice and answered my call/text right away. Will definitely be staying again. My one small con is bathroom space. When trying to do hair and makeup you have to juggle to keep everything off the floor.

Great place to stay with wonderful location!! Front yard tacos and coffee shop are just 1 block away and a great way to start your day. Great bars and restaurants are easily within walking distance as well as the infamous Dauphin street! One amenity listed online was not accurate but the host quickly amended the online listing and was very apologetic about the misinformation. Host was easily reachable and refilled basic amenities as needed (coffee, toilet paper, etc) Highly recommend this place if staying in Mobile!!
