If you're looking for a truly Magical and Relaxing place to stay on your next trip to Florida, please consider our newly remodeled Legacy Park home near Universal Studios and Disney!

Our 4-bedroom Orlando vacation rental is equipped to Host up to 10 guests. Throughout the home, you'll find beautiful tropical decor.
The rest of the house has luxurious features that the entire family can enjoy.
Other things to note
Each bedroom has its own Smart TV, and the Game room has plenty of space for everyone to have fun and enjoy!
- Please Note: Game room is currently not AC equipped

The Kitchen is fully equipped where you can prepare your special meals. Out back, you'll find a private pool that's perfect for cooling off on a hot day and a Spa on a chill day.

Our home features new clean and crisp decor as well as furnishings throughout.

Read Before Booking this property:

In order to book with us there is a 21 years of age minimum requirement and the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirements upon check-in guests will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Reminder: A maximum of 10 guests per stay. You will be charge a penalty fee if additional guests stay on property without properly notifying with Host (and Host acknowledges).

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Check in: 4 PM (1600 MILITARY TIME)
Check out: 10 AM ( 1000 MILITARY TIME)
Early Check in and Late Check out is available for an extra fee - please contact us for pricing.

SECURITY:
Security Cameras are installed on the property: Front Ring Doorbell, Ring Flood light (in front of Driveway), Garage Ring Monitoring and by Pool area for your safety.
NO CAMERAS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN THE INTERIOR OF THE HOME FOR YOUR PRIVACY.

ALARM:
This home is equipped with Ring Home Alarm system. The system will be OFF before you check-in. Please do not tamper with any of the door/window sensors.

SAFETY:
This home is equipped with CO & Smoke Alarms, as well as a Ring CO & Smoke alarm listener which will alert the Host of any fires.
In the Kitchen you will find an up to date Fire extinguisher.
First Aid Kits are located in each bathroom drawer.
An Emergency light is located under the kitchen sink.
Remember to Call 911 for any emergency.

SMOKING:
No Smoking of any kind is permitted inside the property: If any signs of smoking inside the house are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee.

NO Party Policy:
It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm to 8am (2200 TO 0800 MILITARY TIME). We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. A Non-Refundable fee of $500 will be charged if noise/party rules are broken and Guest will be responsible for any Police citation or fees.

PARKING:
Please park inside driveway. Do NOT park on GRASS. Driveway currently has space for 2 Vehicles, If additional space is required please park in front of the house (do not block fire hydrant) or around the corner (Highgate Park Blvd.) by sidewalk.

NO Pet Policy:
Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.
Service Animals must submit proper paperwork/licensing as proof.

POOL POLICY:
Pool Maintenance are every Monday Mornings.
* Pool Heat / SPA: rental for $25/day + taxes, must be for your entire stay and a minimum of 3 days.
Heater schedule: 9 AM to 9 PM (2100)

Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system. Pool heater requested after checkin time will not guarantee the pool will be heated that day.

BARBECUE/GRILL:
Rental for $75 + taxes, minimum for the entire stay. We provide one propane tank- NOTE: it needs to be requested 3 days before the check-in date.

SUPPLIES:
We do not supply any starter kits, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.

KITCHEN:
Before leaving please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and have it run its cleaning cycle. Please remember to slide Sign to “DIRTY”.

LAUNDRY:
Please make sure to remove lint from Dryer Machine to prevent fires.

CLEANING:
If you require additional cleaning services during your stay please reach out to us so we can provide you with proper pricing based upon your needs.
- We do encourage guests to strip the beds before check out and pile the dirty sheets and towels by the washing machine. This will help our cleaning crew prepare for the next incoming guests.

TRASH:
In POLK County Trash is only picked up once a week and collection day for Legacy Park is Thursday.
Garbage Carts must be placed at the curb either Wednesday night or before 6 AM on Thursday’s. Remember to Recycle !
