Vi har över 40 FIVE STAR ⭐️ Recensioner för en anledning, och det är för att vi gör allt vi kan för att se till att vår gäst har en underbar vistelse väder på semester eller företag.
Vi är bara lite över 8 miles till Disney (ca 15 min.) Och Orlando. Vi har ombyggt detta underbara 4 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum hem som bekvämt sover 8-10 personer, minuter från Disney. Känn dig säker i vårt gated community med en lekplats och en tennisbana, söderläge pool / grotta med pooluppvärmning (tillgänglig endast 22. 00 per natt) och barnsäker skyddsskärm staket. Varje rum är vackert inrett, nya plattskärms-TV i alla rum. Rymlig Master Suite-walk in closet, badrum, soaker badkar, dubbla handfat, med sängen storlekar:
1 King (I Master Suite)
1 stor dubbelsäng i ett rum
1 Queen i ett annat rum
4 enkelsängar (Trundle sängar vilket betyder 2 av Twin sängar glida under de andra enkelsängarna i ett rum)
Vi har noggrant ombyggt med moderna och uppdaterade funktioner. Vi tänkte på allt! höghastighetsinternet och kabel, tvättmaskin och drivrutin; Garage Spelrum med 50 "tv, Xbox One, Ping Pong, basket, majs Hål, Easel, brädspel, Pool med Basket och möblerad Uteplats / Lanai med bord och 8 stolar och 4 lounge stolar samt en Grill. Nära till Walmart, livsmedelsbutiker, bra shopping, FIne restauranger och alla Disney nöjesparker (Uber över 15.00 till 20. 00) samt alla andra underbara saker att göra i och nära Orlando.

Wonderful family home

This house was perfect for my family of 10 (8 adults, ages 27-84, 2 children, ages 1 & 2). The home owner thought through having items available for children...highchair, pack-n-play, books, stroller, and pool floaties. The game area was great to have, the kitchen was well stocked with necessary items, the beds were comfortable, and having the pool on property was great. The owner was very responsive to any issues and was wonderful with communication. I would stay here again when visiting the area.

Super great place

Eric is answering his message very fast and always available. The house was clean and perfect for our needs. The pool was great, the neighbours are nice. Close to Disney, grocery etc..it's a safe place for family!! 200% recommended this property

Great stay

Great stay. Everything was as advertised. As an extended family ( 3 generations ) we rent places for 2 or 3 vacations a year, from ski rentals to summers on Cape Cod. The first thing my wife said was how clean and well appointed it was. Plenty of room. Pool was plenty warm for the kids without the heat, but not the old folks. Grandkids first trip to Disney, SeaWorld, Cape Kenned. Will be back if doing it again.Eric very responsive

Fantastic Experience

My husband & I took our 2 daughters (ages: 28 & 17) and Grandson(age:2) for family Vacay. The house was perfect for our family, the neighbor next door & the gentleman that cleans the pool were very nice. From the moment I booked the house & to the final minute we departed, the owner of the house(Eric)’s communication was TOP NOTCH! If we had a question/or needed anything he responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home & we. Will definitely be back. The West Family.

We enjoyed our stay at the home in Davenport. It was relatively close to Disney. The owner was very helpful and provided AWESOME service! If we ever go back to the area, we will stay again.

Beautiful comfortable place to stay

This property is exactly as described. We had a great stay here. The rooms are all spacious and relaxing. The master bathroom is awesome! The pool gate and door alarms are a nice touch if you have little kids in your group. The location is great and the gated community is easy to get in and out of with the code. Eric was quick to respond when we were talking and answered any questions we had. The beds are very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

Family vacation

Took Family of 10 on vacation. Plenty of space for everyone kids enjoyed the playroom and the pool kitchen was big plenty of room to cook. Master bath was bigger than I was expecting. Overall experience was excellent.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a great stay at this home. The property owner, Eric, was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. And the home was in perfect condition. It is close to the Disney Parks and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to Disney!

Kids n family loved the Heated pool n having beach towels provided, it was great! Quite neighborhood. Close to parks n places to eat. Very clean Had issue with AC but Eric was very helpful to get it addressed. Just be aware you need garbage bags n paper towels :) no major but good to know.

Perfect Stay - Great House

Great location and well stocked house. Owner was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful. House was perfect for our needs and in a great location for activities at Disney. Everyone enjoyed the pool and there were lots of choices for games, ping pong, etc. Even our teenager had no complaints! Would highly recommend for families and would love to stay here again next time we are in Orlando.

Family vacation

I was hesitant to stay in a 4 bedroom house with 5 adults and 3 children but I was surprisingly impressed with the amount of space we had not to mention how beautiful the house was and how quiet the neighborhood is! Eric went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were meet! We would definitely rebook with him if/ when we return to Florida again.

Fantastic property!

We bought our home in July 2017 and wanted to modernize and renovate it with updated and beautiful features not only for our guests, but for us as well as we like to vacation here whenever we can.
Our goal is to make sure that all of our guests that stay here enjoy it as much as we do when we come down.
As you can see from our 5 Star reviews, people really have a wonderful time while they’re here and we know you will too.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Gated and Beautiful subdivision only 1/2 mile from a beautiful park and It’s near great restaurants, golfing, shopping, grocery stores, walmart, and only 15 min to Disney.
And if you don’t wanna drive, you can take an Uber or Lyft as they are very reasonable in price.
The food is amazing, we’ve eaten at authentic Greek, Indian, Italian, Mexican, and many others all within 2 to 4 miles. Starbucks is just 1 mile away (there’s actually about three Starbucks within 2 to 3 miles) as well as many other shopping stores. It’s really the perfect place and being on highway 27 it is a 6 way highway, 3 roads going south and north so traffic is usually light and easy to get to these great restaurants and grocery stores. The main Grocery store, other than Walmart, is Publix, and it is just over a half mile away. Tons of stuff to do. We think you will Love it as much as we do.

This gated community is really unique in the fact that all the homes have a large Gorgeous tree in the front yard as well as other palm trees and smaller trees around which enhances the aesthetics and beauty of the area.
The fact that it is a gated community increases the safety that you feel being in the subdivision. Whether its Grocery stores, Restaurants, or just about anything else you need, it nice to know its only a short distance to get to them. Not to mention Disney and it's parks are all very close, whether driving or using Uber or Lyft to get around.
