This place beats any hotel stay! Itâs in a centralized location, clean and stylish!
For any tourist visiting any upstate New York attractions, or simply looking for home away from home, this is your place!.
There are 4 cameraâs installed. One facing the driveway entrance, one facing each door entrance one facing the driveway.
If you decided to book please mention if you'll have guest visiting and how many vehicle's you'll have.
The space
Guest can use any space in the apartment. Including the basement, the driveway to park (2 cars max).

Quiet Hours are after 10pm! Itâs a very quiet neighborhood any loud noises outside stand out. Please respect our neighbors!
When messaging to book, please include in the message how many vehicles you are bringing.
We allow a max of two cars, if you have visitors they are to park in the street in front of the house. Do not block the driveway exit/entrance!
Park in designated parking spots in correspondence to the address, their labeled by address.
When checking out, if possible please send a message saying you are checking out (regardless of the time).
