Our Beach Stay at the Summit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was a great experience. There were a few minor issues we observed. The living room couch had large rip in fabric. The ceiling in the shower was coming out. These issues didn’t dampen our enjoyment of the rental

Will stay again

Had a great stay! Couldn’t find the tv remote in the bedroom and the pull out linens has to be brought to us but they were quick to reply and help with suggestions on where the best restaurants are.

Condo was great

Condo accommodations and Paula were wonderful!! The air conditioning did very good keeping the condo cool!! Nice ocean view from balcony! Huge thank you Paula for all your help! Great little condo directly on the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great we have stayed at the Summit before but 512 is the worse condo unit we have ever stayed in the ac wouldn’t get below 78 night or day it was very humid in apartment lights out all over apartment balcony furniture was a joke falling apart and I cough on but we had the beach

First time to Florida

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing vacation. PCB was fantastic!! Summit was a great condo with jaw dropping Brie. Our only complaints were a toilet that wouldn’t quit running an no light in the shower section of the bathroom. The floor could have been swept and mopped a bit more but it wasn’t terrible. Paula is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!!
