Vi har hyrt en toppmöte i flera år och beslutat att köpa en själva. Därför känner vi de standarder du förväntar dig för en trevlig familjelägenhet. Det är dags för dig att koppla av och njuta av denna vackra renoverade enhet på 9: e våningen med utsikt över de sockervita stränderna, det blå vattnet och titta på delfinerna spela från din balkong. Du kommer att vilja återvända till vår lägenhet år efter år för en fantastisk semesterupplevelse.

Din familj kommer att njuta av denna trevliga lägenhet med en king size-säng, nya dekorationer, ny högkvalitativ Sealy Madrass, VVS och vattenvärmare, Ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare, ny uppdaterad diskmaskin, New Refrig., Inbyggd kojer i hallen och en queen-size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det fullt möblerade köket har ett nytt kylskåp, självrensande spis och mikrovågsugn. Det finns brickor i hela lägenheten.

Det finns en 50 tums 1080p platt-TV och blu-ray-spelare i vardagsrummet och en 50 tums 1080p platt-TV och DVD-spelare i sovrummet. Trevlig samling av blu-ray och DVD och en telefon som är tillgänglig för lokala samtal.

Toppmötet ligger nära köpcentra, fina och avslappnade restauranger, nöjesparker, golfbanor, fiske och många aktiviteter du förväntar dig för en fantastisk semester. Toppmötet har 2 pooler (en uppvärmd), 2 barnpooler, tiki-bar vid poolen, ekonomisk restaurang på plats, badtunnor, spelrum och jet-ski och våglöpare att hyra för din actionfyllda eller avkopplande semester.

We absolutely loved this condo! It had an amazing view of the gulf. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were so easy to work with and so sweet! & the location was so convenient, it was close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc.. we will definitely stay here again!

Jack & Mary’s condo was perfect for myself, my husband & son. It’s exactly as listed, with spectacular views directly on the gulf. The balcony had six chairs & two tables allowing ample seating to enjoy the view. Everything you need is right in the condo. We enjoyed Bikini Bob’s for quick snacks while at the pool or beach - I suggest cheese fries or fried pickles! Communication with Jack was extremely smooth & prompt.

Family vacation 2019

This has been our second time staying in this condo. It is just like the pictures, check in is easy and Mr. Woodward is one of the nicest people we have ever dealt with when using VRBO, and we have stayed in several. The views from this condo is breathtaking and you can walk to several restaurants and ice cream shops! My family will be staying in Jack’s condo again in the near future!

Best of PCB

Great place ,great view ,super great location .you really learn to appreciate the location when everyone else is having to wait 15-30 min for an elevator and you are already back in your room . This is our 2nd stay and we’re already booked for next year . Jack the owner is super nice and quick to reply . If your going to stay at the Summit stay here and avoid disappointment!!

We've stayed at The Summit several times now and this was by far the cleanest and most well equipped condo. The communication with the owners was thorough and timely. It is evident they care tremendously for their condo and the people who rent it. Thank you so much for a fantastic week. I can't wait to come back!

Family Vacation 2024- Condo 904

The condo did not disappoint. My husband, son, and I enjoyed the unit. It was just what we needed to get away for 7 days. TVs had plenty of streaming service options. The entertainment center was full of movies, games, and children books. The bookcase was full of novels. The view was delightful from the 9th floor. The balcony was furnished with chairs and a small table perfect for coffee each morning. Overall, we enjoyed the week.

Perfect!

Property was exactly as stated. No surprises. Owners were great to work with. Loved that the unit came with beach chairs to use all week. Made it easier for us. Weather was perfect and the unit had everything we needed. We have stayed at multiple units at the Summit in the past and this one was by far the best. Will definitely come back!!!

Great condo! Great host!

We have always stayed at the Summit because it's got great beach access and of course the Tiki Bar and Bikini Bob's. But, and this is not a reflection on our owners, the Summit is run down and old. The elevators are slow as heck or broken down and HOT! The parking sucks. We still have a good time but it's time for some upgrades!

Spectacular Ocean View!

We had an AMAZING stay at the Summit! The condo was exactly as described. Had absolutely everything you would need and everything was in great working condition. The balcony views are just spectacular! Having access to the beach chairs/umbrella was a great perk. The elevator nearest to the unit was being repaired while we were there, so it should be available soon for future renters. We opted to take the stairs a lot because who wants to wait longer to hit the beach?! The pool area was great. Clean, plenty of chairs, and very lively. Security/staff did a great job keeping the resort in order. Lots of fun to be had down at the pool- there was karaoke, movie night, a live musician.....Having the little shop on the main level was great for a quick ice cream break or for when my kids realized they forgot their goggles at home. Communication with Jack was great. He was very responsive with any questions we had. He even let us know that the unit was ready for early check-in, but unfortunately we were stuck in traffic. Great unit, great owner, great resort. Definitely will stay here again when we visit PCB!

One of the best at The Summit

This was one of the nicest Summit condos we've visited over the past 15 years. The owners are super nice and responsive. The condo is well stocked and has books, movies and games. The bed was super comfy. It was much nicer than the one our friends had 2 doors down. Theirs stunk like mildew! I know the owner is struggling to find a good cleaning company but overall the cleanliness was good. Two things that made me crazy were the LOUD wall clock in the bedroom and the SUPER LOUD fan in the bathroom. There is everything you need kitchen wise but be sure to bring paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper as we had zero. This is the first year we've had beach chairs included and it was really nice. We had to argue with the guys a little because they told us we had to pay $130 for the week. They also kept selling our seats once we had them designated for the week. Three days we had to make people move which was super awkward. I was sad to see a couple of our favorite restaurants closed but we had a great time. I don't recommend Three Bros from Italy Pizza as it was way overpriced and not that good. I also do NOT recommend Hamnerhead Fred's because it was way overpriced for what you get and none of us liked our meal. Boon Docks is always a winner but their prices were much higher than they used to be. There were a lot of jelly fish this year but the majority of them were so small you could pick them up. The little ones that did sting didn't hurt that much. Snorkeling at the state park was cool but there were a ton of smaller jellyfish and several huge ones. The dolphins were out every morning. Overall we had a great trip. If we come back to The Summit, we would definitely want this condo.

Great stay

We had a great stay! The view was great, the kitchen was stocked with what we needed, and owners were very responsive when we had questions. We were worried about the elevators being on the 9th floor because we saw in other listing reviews for the building that they were slow or break down often, but we used the side elevators closest to the room instead of the the main elevators in the middle and never had issues or long waits!

We love Panama City Beach very much because of the beauty of the beach, close to our home in Tennessee, and the opportunity to meet so many nice people from all over the country. It did not take us very long to realize this is where we wanted to purchase our vacation home and share it with others.
