Remodeled Charming Cape. 5 mins from Olde Mistick Village, Seaport, and downtown
This three bedroom standalone house has been renovated within the last year. It is a special home that has a lot of coastal old Mystic charm. It is bright and sunny downstairs with an open floor plan. There is an office set up with a large desk, office chair, and high speed internet for those who need to still work while traveling. There is a full bathroom on the first floor as well as a brand new deck off of the dining room with a conversation set.
You'll find three (3) bedrooms upstairs that sleep five (5) comfortably. The first bedroom features a queen bed with a very large closet for plenty of storage, the middle bedroom has a daybed (twin), and the far bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two dressers. The second floor also has another full bathroom with a double vanity sink and large tiled walk in shower. The fully stocked kitchen features butcher block countertops and has stainless steel appliances including a range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pot and pans, dishwasher, etc.
All linens are provided, including beach towels, and beach chairs upon request. There is high speed and reliable wireless internet, and a 60â LG Smart TVs with streaming services including Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime, etc. Please note: there is no cable service, just streaming.

Hi my name is Lisa. I was born and raised in the Mystic area so any questions you may have I've got the answer for you. My husband Dan and I have two beautiful girls ages 4 & 9. We own a few businesses in town and are very locally involved. I own a hair salon in the Olde Mistick Village named "CROP" feel free to pop in and check it out :) My husband owns a wonderful restaurant downtown "Chapter One" If you are looking for a reservation or recommendation don't hesitate to ask! We would love to accommodate you in any way that we can. He also owns Surf Cantina in Westerly, RI. Which is right in downtown Westerly just across form the train station and other lovely shops and restaurants in the area including the newly renovated United Theatre.

We love the Old Mystic area. It's very quiet but still close to everything you need. This house has been completely remodeled by my husband and decorated by me! We wanted to keep the charm and style of this 100 year old home while also updating it.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Walking distance to the most scenic roads in the area. River Road travels along the Mystic river and along the Seaport. It is a 3 mile walk to downtown from this house. Simply breath taking.
Also very convenient to get to both Foxwoods Resort Casino and Mohegan Sun Casino.
