Fairly basic property with a quirky but efficient layout, perfect for a weekend in October for seven adults. Sitting area and kitchen table, large lawn and driveway area add for a spacious feel. Note that two bedrooms are upstairs with a spacious hall bath that includes a washer/dryer, and two bedrooms are downstairs with a spacious hall bath, accessed by a steep stairway. Photos are accurate. Grateful we found this listing

Nice for a large group, especially ones that may have a furry friend or two to tag along. Quiet road and neighborhood, only two minutes from the ocean. Would definitely book again.

This property was not cleaned to our liking…some sort of something smeared on the ceiling & on the furniture in living room, couches that smelled, downstairs is not ventilated properly so extremely musty, dishwasher full of dishes (although cleaned) & dryer full of linens. It just wasn’t for us

When we arrived, there was a very strong musty smell on the lower level. The owner was responsive and came over promptly to address it, which we really appreciated. While the smell did improve, it was still noticeable throughout our stay.Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness was also a concern. There was quite a bit of dust throughout the home, along with leftover dog hair from previous guests and cobwebs in several areas. I have significant dust allergies, and I ended up spending the first hour of our trip cleaning so that I could feel more comfortable. Despite that, I experienced quite a bit of sneezing and coughing during our stay. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they were manageable.On the positive side, the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and the location was great—very close to the beach and other area attractions. My kids really enjoyed the yard, and they especially loved being able to pick peaches right on the property, which was such a fun little bonus for them. The owner was also quick to respond when we brought the initial concern to their attention.Overall, I’d give our stay 4 out of 5 stars. With some additional attention to deep cleaning and the musty smell, this could be a really nice place to stay.

Once settled, we enjoyed this house. As others remarked the stairs were very steep. The entry through the front is long and half blocked by a tree so my parents ended up staying in a hotel. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed relaxing when there.

Perfect for our needs

Great location with a perfect floorplan on the main level which was great for our older dog. Great and prompt communication with the owners. Definitely will stay again.

Family Fun!

Had a great family day on our boat it was perfect to be able to stay so close to our Marina. There was plenty of room and the AC was a bonus!!
