Perfect Location
This was a business trip for me. Way better than hotels, quiet, and comfortable. Lovely decorated old house apartment. A tad cozy but over all comfortable. I wasnât there all day but it was nice to head back to after my very odd and unpredictable hours. The laundry facility came in handy, $1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry. Need quarters. The property was well supplied with all the comforts and kitchen necessities. Too bad I didnât have time to cook. Probably the best spice rack and condiment inventory Iâve seen in a rental like this. The coffee bar was also well stocked. However Iâm a bit of a coffee snob so I brought my own grounds which was nice using the pour over coffee system that was there. I found the bed comfortable as well. The heat must be controlled externally to the unit. Usually the first thing I do in a unit like this, is lower the temp since I'm a bit of a polar bear, but did not find the thermostat control. It was not an issue however. I was comfortable the entire time. Itâs a fair price for the unit, extremely comfortable for one person. Iâm sure for 2 as well. 3 or 4 better be close, or young kids because it may get tight.
Being only blocks from the downtown restaurants was also very nice. An easy walk in the nicer seasons of the year. I would return again. I hope I do have the opportunity again.
