På Longboat Key-restauranger ingår Harry's Continental Kitchens (0. 5 miles), Euphemia Haye Restaurant (0. 5 miles), The Dry Dock Waterfront Grill (7. 1 miles) eller The Chart House (7. 12 miles).

“Therapeutic location”

Great place

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the location is perfect! We have stayed in the oceanfront units before, but this one is a little worn in comparison. Bathroom needs major updating, little or no counterspace for essentials. Resented having to listen to the connecting room's TV and conversations. Didn't know when booking that there was only a door between our unit and theirs. Would love to stay at Cabana Beach again, but probably not this particular unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit provided excellent views of the beach and ocean. We could see the beach from the screened porch. There were many problems within this unit ~ including the bathtub stopper would not work and therefore, we could not take a bath. The icemaker would not work. We were left with a small eight cube tray. The window dividers were caked with mildew and green residue and the windows were not clean. Many of the windows would not open/close. Upholstered furniture was visibly worn. The rod in the bathroom was broken and masking tape was used. The bathroom vanity is broken at the base.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had several units at CBC for a family gathering and while there were differences in details, it worked out great! Great location and while it's an older property, that is part of the charm. #5 was cute and tidy but not quite as well equipped, nor as well maintained, as the other units .No major problems though and I'm fairly certain anything major would have been quickly resolved if we'd needed as management was very accommodating and responsive.

Beach Condo

It was Cabana Beach Club # 5. It is close to beach but the unit is dated and could use some upgrades. The ice maker in the refrigerator doesn't work and the kitchen sink doesn't have hot water. The bathroom sink and shower gets hot but not in the kitchen! Not too sanitary when you are washing some items in room temperature water. Also, the cleaning crew didnt do a very good job before our arrival. All of the glass doors leading to the sunroom are glass cleaning at all.

Reviewer Comments: Unit needs to be updated and maintained as there are some issues such as the door knob to the patio comes off when closing the door. The door from patio to outside is missing the deadbolt. Toilet seat is worn down and has areas that have worn down past the top coating. Cabinets are uneven due to wear and need to be readjusted. As much as the rental went up in price I was disappointed in the quality.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Cabana Beach Club #5 Longboat Key. The place was better than expected! Mostly updated and very clean. The ad mentioned "facing the pool" how true, but, you could also see the ocean from the unit. The beach was about 1 minute walk out the back with lounge chairs available to use. There is a nice cookout area with 2 Weber Grills. The location is perfect to go out and have fun at a local bar or restaurants. We would have no problem renting this again.
