LEAVE THE CLEANING TO US! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the center of Kentuckyâs Bourbon Country. Enjoy wildlife and nature in one of our 5 two bedroom cottages. Each sits on two acres. Perfect retreat for couples traveling together or individuals looking for privacy and quiet. Weâre located directly between 4 of the biggest bourbon distilleries on the trail and 20 minutes from anything youâd like to see and do!
**There will be a $500 for smoking inside of the cottage
Each 2 BDRM cottage has it`s own hot tub and firepit. See more on our website!

We love hosting people who are traveling through Kentucky. We specialize in comfortable properties that reflect who we are as a family, but also what it means to be part of Kentucky's rich heritage. Whether you choose to stay in Kentucky's oldest city, on the outskirts of Kentucky's biggest city, beside Kentucky Horse Park or on Kentucky's famous Bourbon Trail, we have you covered! We appreciate all of our guests and love having repeat customers. We are adding bourbon tours and events to the property in spring of 2023. See you soon.

We purchased this beautiful, scenic country property to build 5 cottages with 2 bedroom, 1 bath each for companies or groups that were traveling in and around Kentucky for the Bourbon Trail events and sights. We also have properties in other cities in central Ky. We make it our mission to provide the ultimate in short term rental experience. Hope to see you soon!

Each cottage has a 2 acre lot with it's own hot tub and fire pit. Rolling countryside, beautiful scenery and wildlife abound. There is a natural spring on the property and plenty of places to walk/explore.
