Denna nybyggda, 2 våningar, trädgårdsutsikt, icke-rökare villa, har över 1200 interiör sq ft samt 4 privata lanais. Det är perfekt för en familj, eller 2 par. Detta Poipu Beach lägenheter ligger i grönskande marker som påminner gästerna i en tropisk botanisk trädgård.

Vår lägenhet är dekorerad Hawaiian stil med en modern känsla. En välfylld kök med granit kakel bänkskivor och nya skåp gör det till ett nöje att laga mat, eller intill är grillplats. En 55 "LED platt-TV i vardagsrummet med kabel och DVD. Gratis wifi är också så att du kan hålla kontakten.

De Nihi Kai Villas är bara några steg till stranden, men ligger vid havet. Det finns tennisbanor, en pool och BBQ områden tillgängliga för gäster.

Intill Nihi Kai Villas är Casa Di Amici, noteras som en av öarnas bästa italienska restauranger.

Det är bara 120 steg till havet från vår lägenhet, och några fler till Brennecke Beach.

Vad finns i närheten?
Nihi Kai 506 ligger bara några steg från havet, och Brennecke Beach är ett par varv längre. Detta är en stor boogie boarding stranden. Ytterligare några varv och du kommer till Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach röstades # 1 stranden i USA av Travel Channel. Det erbjuder bad, snorkling, surfing, boogie boarding, lekplats, restaurang, glass butik, surf shop och en baby strand, allt inom bekvämt gångavstånd från # 506.

Bara upp vägen är The Poipu Shopping Village, där du hittar olika affärer, och några bra restauranger. På tisdagar och torsdagar kl 05:00 finns det en stor polynesiska Visa på gården. En av våra favoritrestauranger är Keoki paradis, som har ett stort urval av livsmedel. Gamla stan i Koloa är ett par miles på vägen, och erbjuder ett pittoreskt tillbakablick i tiden, och är hem till butiker och flera restauranger. Längre ner är Spouting Horn State Park, och arboretum besökscenter, som båda är gratis att besöka.

This condo has an amazing location and AC to make it comfortable. We loved walking 2 minutes away with our coffee to watch turtles in the surf and to Poipu beach. The host responded very quickly to all my communication. We would stay here again!

The location is perfect! It’s a short walk to the beach. The condo is clean and very well stocked! Everything we needed was there to make meals. Plus the patio has everything you need for the beach. The air conditioning worked well. The bedding was clean and nice. It was perfect!

Excellent location in beautiful garden area, right close to Poipu Beach and the best attractions in the area. Condo had very comfortable accommodations with AC as well as full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable sleeping and great views. Awesome swimming pool!

Very clean unit, with a great kitchen that had everything we needed. It was also in a good location and walking distance to several beaches. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful.

Overall this property is excellent. Check-in, communication, cleanliness, all of it was top notch. The location is amazing. The only issue I had was that parts of the property were in need of repair or replacement due to being so well used. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged, a light on a fan didn’t work, the coffee pot was glitchy, the freezer handle fell off (though I was able to screw back on once I found a screwdriver). The beach chairs were all broken and pretty worn, it’s time to replace them. I hesitate to even mention these things, each of them alone is so minor, but when they all happen during the same week it can be a little bit of a bummer. All of these things are just worn out due to frequent use. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again. There is everything you need in the kitchen, the provided beach towels were awesome, as were the regular bath towels. The AC worked like a dream. The beds and sofa were comfy. The lanai was a favorite hang out spot. All in all a great base camp for a great vacation!!

Great location

The property was impeccably clean and recently renovated. There was plenty of towels as well as beach towels, beach chairs and scuba gear. It was within a walking distance of the beach which was lovely. This is a great spot on the island because she could go either East or west and you’re always in the middle.

Kauai Stay

Overall experience was great. Have stayed on others islands various times and air condition wasn't needed. However an A/C unit would have been great for this rental.

Week in Kauai

We had a great stay in Kauai. The Condo is a very short walk to Poipu beach and you can enjoy watching the turtles every day. It is even close enough to walk down to the Marriott or Sheraton (shipwreck beach). The owner will send you information on different locations ideas. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The owner needs to fix the sliding doors to the patios, major problem trying access the great beach equipment they have left for use.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful time exploring Kauai from this location. The beach was a short walk away, and we loved seeing the seals and turtles come to shore. It was an easy drive to explore Waimea Canyon but also an easy drive to Lihue. It was so peaceful in this condo. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any concerns we had. I would definitely recommend this location to any friends or family who want to visit Kauai. Thank you for hosting us!

Poipu Beach

Great location on Poipu Beach. Some kitchen items are lacking. We had to buy a corkscrew and there are only four coffee mugs for instance. But, overall it’s a great place close to the beach and met our needs.

Great location- walking distance to Brennecke and Poipu beaches- nice well maintained pool overlooking the ocean Newly remodeled kitchen and two modern large full baths- both downstairs Regretted not selecting a condo with an ocean view- condo had 4 outdoor areas but with no view, plastic chairs and conversations easily heard from neighbors- I missed having an enjoyable outdoor space - felt somewhat boxed in Also living room furniture could use an upgrade for comfort Owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns We picked this condo due to location to the neighboring beaches - which was perfect

Great find in Poipu

We stayed at Lani Kai unit 506 for 5 nights in September. The unit was beautiful, very clean and fully stocked kitchen and beach equipment. Check in was easy with keys provided and no need to use a concierge. The 2 full bathrooms were gorgeous, nicer than mine at home! Note, there is not a bathtub if you have little ones who cant use a stand up shower. Location was a 5 minute walk to the beach and then if you walk a bit further you are at places to eat, a park and more beaches. If you wish to be on Poipu Beach area you will love it here. It is advertised as not ocean view and that is the only drawback if that is essential to you but that was not a deal breaker for us, The garden atmosphere was beautiful. Easy convenient parking. Also, to our surprise, this is a two floor condo, so it feels even larger than it is. Id definitely recommend and stay again if Im lucky enough to be in Kauai.

Comfortable stay!

We had a very comfortable stay at Nihi Kai #506 for 10 nights! This was our first stay on Kauai and we couldn’t have picked a better location. The condo is very homey and has so many extras like a cooler and ice packs for taking lunches. We would pack up and be gone exploring the island every day till about 6:00, only one day did we come back early and experience the heat of the day in the condo. If you opened all the windows and made use of the many fans provided it really helped. Steve was easy to contact and is addressing the puddles left on the floor from the fridge ice maker that doesn’t work. We just bought ice from the Texaco. The beds are really comfortable and makes for a good nights sleep to get you ready for one of the many exciting adventures. Bring hiking shoes! There were lots of beach things like chairs, towels, wagon, snorkel equipment floaties, boogie boards.

Nice, relaxing, and AC

The apartment was great overall, and Steve (the property manager) was awesome. He checked us in quickly and gave us a ton of useful information, including some nice local spots. The place was pretty clean, apart from some hair on the floor in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook our own meals. They also had a lot of stuff for us to take to the beach, which was much appreciated! all of the amenities we needed were there, and the girls loved the shampoo and conditioner they provided in the showers. The AC was wonderful and for the most part kept up really well. You should probably take note that if you are trying to sleep six that one of the beds is a pull out in the main room, and was what you would expect from a pull out. The AC didn't keep up in the main room as well for sleeping (we like it cold), but was plenty comfortable for hanging out during the daytime. The location is really close to the ocean, and about a 10 minute walk to the beach/park. It was a little hard to find at first, but Steve's direction via email made the process simple. There was plenty of parking, but is a bit of a tight squeeze for big vehicles. The only real negative is that there were quite a few ants in the kitchen. There is a note about them on the counter, so I'm sure it's something they are dealing with, but it made cooking dinner a little more complicated. All in all it was a lovely place and a wonderful stay! 9/10.

Great Location!

This is an excellent location for visiting Poipu. Beaches are in walking distance. Plenty of places to eat within maybe a 10 minute walk, or a two minute drive. Kitchen and bathrooms are well kept. The host sent clear instructions and was easy to communicate with. Would easily stay here again.
