This townhome is only 5 minutes away from Downtown Kennesaw, less than 10 minutes away from Kennesaw State University, surrounded by many places to eat and many things to do, and just about 35 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. Location wise, it is exactly in the spot where you would want it to be when visiting!

If you are looking into buying, selling and/or investing, please feel free to pick my brain at any moment for more information & helpful tips. I also own a storage facility in Canton, GA about 20 minutes from this townhome.
