Conveniently located just off US 36, 15 short minutes from downtown Denver, 20 minutes from Boulder, and about 1 hour to either the Eisenhower Tunnel and mountains of Summit County or Rocky Mountain National Park.
Access this newly renovated 1,000-square-foot basement unit via your own entrance, replete with a fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, your own washer and dryer, and a tub. Perfect for families, adventurers, and business travelers.

ABOUT THE SPACE
Located on a street with little traffic and free street parking. Access the separate entrance via the car port and enter the unit directly through a short staircase.
The kitchen comes with everything youâll need, including a stove, knife block, Instant Pot and stocked spice rack, as well as a stackable washer/dryer.
In the living room, watch the 50â wall-mounted smart TV from the comfy sofa or shell chair, or get some work done at the desk. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet, 32â TV, desk, and a full-length mirror. The second bedroom also comes with a queen size bed, TV, sizeable closet, and full-length mirror. The third bedroom has a twin bed and closet with drawers. All bedrooms have full-sized windows for ample natural light and blackout blinds.

Year round, the basement has the most comfortable temperatures in the house! It stays cool in summer and toasty in winter. Please note that the thermostat is located upstairs. Temperature can be adjusted upon request.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We're likely in Colorado for the same reasons you're visiting: The mountains and great weather. It's great for skiing/snowboarding, hiking, and just great views. I also have family in the area.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Location! We enjoy close access to both Denver and Boulder without being too close/dealing with downtown traffic on a daily basis. Having the mountains just an hour away is also a perk. It's also super convenient, with all shopping needs within a short 5-minute drive (Walmart, King Soopers, CostCo, and H-Mart for our Asian needs).
