We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The unit was very clean throughout, the furniture, including the beds, was very comfortable. The hosts were very proactive in their communications and provided easy instructions for checkin and checkout. The location is great and parking on the street was a breeze. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we're in town.

The property, location and how well appointed it is, definitely worth staying here. Communication is excellent and timely. When we need to stay in Denver again, we will look to stay here.

We loved our stay here! The rental was very clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Great neighborhood. Lots of places to eat nearby on Tennyson Street.

The property was very nice and comfortable. Great location to restaurants etc. Centrally located to Denver, Boulder, and mountains west. (Red Rock) Very close to Sloan Lake which had a 2.8 mile path to walk around. I really appreciate all the detail that went into describing the property. It was very helpful in making a decision regarding our accommodations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The space was nicely appointed and clean. It is a lower level unit but is still pretty bright. One issue we had was that sound from upstairs carried really clearly, especially in the back sleeping area. We weren't able to contact the owner directly so it took a while for the intermediary to get in contact with the owners to ask them to bring down the noise level (this was around 11:30PM, after the stated quiet hours in the rental agreement). But other than that, it was a lovely stay in a great area.
