You'll have access to the entire lower floor of the property and your own entrance, which ensures your privacy and comfort. Please note that there is an upper unit on the property and it is owner-occupied. Please note that the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are elderly or have mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the entrance of the unit.

A drip coffee maker and complimentary coffee ensure your mornings start on a comforting note before you head out to explore.

Sleeping arrangements
Rest comes easily in the two serene bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, its own 55” TV, and a workspace with a desk and chair, perfect for remote work or evening journaling. The second bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed with soft linens and blackout curtains, creating a cozy haven for restful nights.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom includes a spacious vanity and a shower/tub combination stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plush towels and a hair dryer are provided for added comfort and convenience.

Outdoor living and parking
Step outside to a private gravel area enclosed by fencing, ideal for enjoying a bit of fresh air or letting pets roam safely in this pet-friendly space. Parking is simple with one designated garage spot and free street parking nearby. While the backyard is reserved for the property owner, guests can still enjoy the privacy of their own fenced outdoor area during their stay.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Installed outside the property monitoring the entrances and backyard. There are no cameras inside the property.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND? Let us know about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, max two dogs. Sorry, no cats.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.
