Get ready for your next adventure at this Olde Town Arvada newer model ranch style home! The home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac block and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This prime location makes getting around so easy with quick access to I-70, I-76. You are so close to many unique locations look Red Rocks Amphitheater which is just 12 minutes away. Downtown Denver is just 14 minutes away. At the base of the Rocky Mountain foothills, this is the perfect home for your Colorado experience!
The primary room includes a king-sized bed and a 5-piece bathroom set-up. The 2nd bathroom sits between bedroom 2 and 3. The open concept design with the high vaulted ceilings makes for a spacious and comfortable living space with the kitchen, dining and living area all connected! There is also a 4th bonus room which can be used as an office. The backyard is fenced in and includes a private deck set-up with extra backyard space. The home is a spacious one level ranch, so you don't have to worry about stairs. This place will have everything you will need to make this your home away from home. We are pet and kid friendly with Pack n' Play set-up available along with child plates and cups.

This property is set up in a perfect central location. Near the interstate and is so easy to get around Denver and right into Rocky Mountain ski country. There are some great local neighborhoods such as Olde Town Arvada close by. The home is great and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds.

This is just minutes for the foothills and gateway to the Rockies. Also, just 10 minutes from Downtown Denver. This property is close to 3 interstate highways so it is so easy to get around town. Host also has vehicles available to rent.
