Celebrated our son's proposal

Our rental was clean, well stocked with necessary items, and had soft sheets! Owner was very responsive. Nice views in the neighborhood.

Amazing host and property

The property was very clean and the pictures did not do it justice. There was just a warm feeling about the space. It feels very comfortable and lived in. Pam was an amazing host leaving us water upon our arrival. She was attentive and was able to answer any questions I had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This location was clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay at this property. Love the home & quiet neighborhood. Everything is just as described & Pam is incredibly responsive. This is now our go-to home when we travel to Denver!

Clean, updated, and room to stretch out

Loved the house and the thought that was put into it for the purpose of short-term rental. Communication was great. The only thing I would change would be the beds, as they are a bit uncomfortable and small.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental property! The listing was completely accurate, and everything was just as described. The house was spotless upon arrival, and we felt comfortable and at home right away. Its location was perfect—just a short drive to some amazing attractions and local gems. Wonderful place and owners!

This house was perfect for the 6 of us. The property was very clean and well maintained. The host had equipped it with everything we needed for our stay. I was contacted shortly after our first day to see if we needed anything, which we did not but appreciated her thoughtfulness to check. I would highly recommend this property.

Great house in great location

Pam connected with us a few weeks before our stay, a few days before, the night before, the day of, and our last night. It was the perfect amount of communication. The house had everything we expected and met all of our needs. The location was perfect for visiting downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. Will rent this house again when in Denver!

Denver Trip

We had a great time staying at this location. We were exploring the city for a week for possible relocation purposes so the location worked well to travel all over. The hosts were informative, helpful and considerate before, during and after the stay. The space was perfect for our family and incredibly spacious. Our newly walking infant had all his needs met by the hosts with a pack and play, a baby gate and a high chair! We were very comfortable at this point and will stay here again if we don't relocate first!
