Edgewater Leeward #307 | Resort Amenities + Free Season Beach Service

Please note: the Leeward building at Edgewater will undergo exterior painting beginning April 28th and continuing through the end of May 2025. The project will start on the Gulf-facing side and proceed to the front walkways, vertical walls, stairwells and railings. During the Gulf-side painting phase, balcony furniture will be covered for protection.

Edgewater Leeward #307 is a light-filled, fully furnished, upscale two-bedroom, two-bath vacation condo in Panama City Beach with accommodations for up to six.
