Great view and beautiful condo! It's starting to need a little TLC. A few black scuff marks on walls, right sink in master bathroom with very little water pressure, Popsicles could barely freeze for kids with freezer set at coldest setting and glass sliding doors for deck did not close all the way at the bottom. Also would recommend more than one roll of papertowel and toilet paper for family of 12. I was hoping for some beach accessories but only a broken beach chair in the closest. Overall beautiful place but over priced!

Beautiful , clean, great furniture and kitcken, and plenty bathrooms. Great pools, especially the kids/adult pools with games area. Starbucks onsite, ice cream snack bar and bar with entertainment. Absolutely great!

We had the best time. This place is beautiful and we would definitely come back if we come back to Panama City. It is close to good restaurants & fun things to do.

Really perfect for me and my family- the bunk beds were queen size which I’ve never seen before! All good except limited supplies of basic stuff like shampoo and paper towels- otherwise I’d give it 5 stars for sure! Great views great location great everything!

Family get away

Beautiful spacious condo. Condo looks better in person than pictures. Great location close to shops, restaurants. Only thing negative is the water pressure in the master bath is very low, and the water does not get very hot. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Spring Break 2024

Wonderful space! Top Floor! Plenty of room. Allowed us to early check in, we were text a check out of 12 when it was supposed to be at 10 and they were accommodating to us running behind. 10/10 recommend!

Best place ever

The condo was great! Spacious, super clean, great views and a large, fully equipped kitchen. We loved the master bedroom; very large bathroom and the whole beach-side wall was large windows. The kitchen had great utensils and cooking supplies. The entire Emeral Beach facility was great. Our daugther and her children loved the children's pool area with all the games (shuffle board, ping pong, giant chess, etc.). I enjoyed the onsite Starbucks every morning. We'll be back next year!!

Enjoyed our stay

First few hours were chaotic. We were not supplied with our parking passes or wristbands and that process took over 3 hours to correct. However, Condo was plenty big enough for the 12 of us and was clean. Beautiful view. Close access to Shuckums, Sharkys, and a Alvin’s Island. Easy beach access. Two elevators were down through our entire stay which made it tough to get around at times. Wish that could have been fixed. Too many condos for that few elevators in general. Wish layout was a little less complicated. Took us 2 days to figure out getting from the parking garage to our condo via the Skybridge. Overall, nice place to stay and would stay there again.

Beautiful place! The 3 1/2 bath was perfect for our big group. Lots of living room space, and easy access to beach and pools. Starbucks was a huge plus! Parking was easy, and we loved the numerous fast elevators. Finding your way around is very confusing at first, but once you explore a little, you figure it out. We will definitely be back!
