Summary:
Bring the whole family to enjoy this immaculately restored 4-bedroom salt box home in stunning Twillingate. All four bedrooms have ocean views, as does the kitchen, dining and living room. Walk across the road to a private wharf on Upper Jenkins Cove Beach, where you can sit and enjoy the sunset by the fire pit or walk the beach at sunrise. This spacious, character-filled home offers an outport experience that won't soon be forgotten.

The Space:
You enter the home through the rear door into a foyer. From the foyer you can access the laundry room, a half bathroom and the kitchen. The kitchen opens up to a dining area. The dining area opens up to a living area. From there, you head up the stairs to the 2nd floor where you'll find a full bathroom and two ocean-facing bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. You continue upstairs to the 3rd floor where you'll find another full bathroom, and two additional ocean facing bedrooms, both with double beds.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the whole home and property, including the wharf/fire pit area.

The Neighborhood:
Saffron House is nestled in an area known by locals as Upper Jenkins Cove in Durrell. Durrell (pronounced Durrells, by locals) is a former community that was amalgamated into the Town fo Twillingate in the early nineties.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: You will receive a full refund if cancelled 14 days prior to check in. There is no refund if cancelled after 14 days.
