This new and amazing property is 3 levels and features 3 Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a private elevator, a spacious living room, a chef-ready kitchen, and a private pool just steps to the beach. Accommodating up to 16 lucky guests, you will find Blue Sea View perfect for your next getaway!

Upon entering the home, you will find the first guest bedroom which features 1 full over full bunk bed and 1 queen over queen bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is the perfect room for kids or young adults! Access to the private elevator is also located on the first floor.

Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the spacious living room and stunning chef’s kitchen. The living room features a gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a queen sofa sleeper. The living room is great for gathering after a day at the beach. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with seating for 6 and 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you will need to prepare the perfect beach feast. A half bathroom is also located on the second floor.

The spacious primary suite and additional guest bedroom are located on the third floor of this amazing property. The master suite features king sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, flat screen tv, and a gas fireplace. The private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise or relaxing at the end of the day by watching the picturesque sunset. The guest bedroom with features queen size bed, a twin bunk bed, a flat-screen tv, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Adjacent to the bedrooms you will find a full-size washer and dryer.
