The villa was perfect for 2 couples. Plenty of space for us. The interior was bright and airy with lovely furnishings. The kitchen was new and functioned well. The appliances were nicer than I have at home. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces! The location was great! Right across from boardwalk 9. Easy walk, bike or drive to clubhouse and pool area and golf course! Pool was awesome! Views all around the area are lovely! Would recommend renting bikes to tour the whole Seabrook Island area. We had a great stay - thank you!

Perfect location, clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed evenings on the porch overlooking the golf course and walking to the beach. Great neighborhood!

Great location, nice place, and loved watching the wildlife from the living room window, including a resident alligator!There were no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived, but the property manager was responsive and brought some by.

Wonderful spot...great neighborhood

Although we visited during off-season which may have limited some of our activities options, the neighborhood/area is wonderful. The residence shone with a newly renovated kitchen, new appliances and new bathroom fixtures. We would recommend this property and are thinking of visiting again.

Very nice villa

Property had everything we needed for a long weekend at Seabrook. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, great view of the lagoon and golf course, and a short walk to the beach. Carpets could use a good cleaning, but otherwise no complaints. Excellent place for a couple or small family.

Spinnaker Beach villa

The location is great. The property itself looks nicer in the photos than it does in person. The views are amazing, but the villa could use some personal touches.

Great location!

The property was clean and very well located. The updated kitchen is very nice. The furnishings are more dated than the photos …. It could use a refresh. There are some old carpet stains , vertical blinds are bent, water mark on living room wall , etc. overall, we had a good stay ( 2 weeks).

Great villa at Seabrook

We really enjoyed this property. The villa was very clean and we even were allowed in a bit before check in time. The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed having the big kitchen table for meals and to work on a puzzle! The view on to the golf course was nice and the pond allowed for viewing alligators and turtles from the picture window in the living room. The location is close enough to walk to the club and pool and to the beach by pelican watch. We enjoyed walking our dog each morning and catching great scenery along the way. Communication with the property manager was responsive leading up to the trip to answer questions and provide necessary information around gate passes and amenity cards to make the trip very easy. Would stay here again!
