A beautifully comfortable two-bedroom river home located on the Suwanee River and nestled among the trees. Enjoy charming views of the Historic Suwannee River, directly across from the Stephen Foster State Park. Experience what Florida natives must have seen during their time in a completely unspoiled Florida wilderness. The stairs lead right down to the river's edge, providing the perfect place to relax and fish. Swimming is at your own risk. The spacious porch is ideal for a quiet afternoon or evening. Unwind on the porch swing and watch the river go by. Feeling energetic? Try your hand at several complimentary games of darts, billiards, pool, or even corn hole. Cook up a delicious feast by utilizing the gas grill or full kitchen inside, complete with utensils and other necessary items. All spaces, indoor and out, connect to a central speaker system that can connect to bluetooth to play your favorite sounds. Truly a great getaway for short or longer stays. With this property being on the river the well water does fluctuate and at times there is a sulfur odor. We do have a carbon filter but we recommend drinking bottled water if this bothers you.

Host sent all necessary information ahead of check in and responded right away when I had a question. The location was nice and we enjoyed our view. We saw a gator swim by a couple times. However, there were some things that would deter us from staying again.

This is our second stay at this VRBO, that should say enough! The owners go above and beyond to leave anything there for you that you may need on your stay. It is comfortable, pet friendly (try not to go anywhere without my dog) and clean/well put together. It's in a serene spot and our dog even made friends with some deer! One thing this trip is that the bathroom sink got clogged on our first day. No problem at all, within 30 minutes of me messaging the owner there was a nice guy there and cleared the problem (shout out to Eric)!Give them a try, just don't book whenever I wanna go! :) Amber & Stu

Was very quiet and peaceful the river view was amazing I enjoyed fishing the sunset was amazing on the river a great place to relax lots to do on property the birds were singing every morning and evening enjoyed relaxing on the porch and deck loved grilling on the porch the weather was perfect

We had an amazing stay at Virbo! The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy time together without any hassle.One of the highlights of our trip was the variety of fun river activities available nearby. Whether relaxing by the water or getting out and exploring, there was something for everyone to enjoy.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun getaway!

Really great experience staying here! So peaceful, had everything we needed. Plenty to do here with billiards overlooking the river, darts, axe throwing etc. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy the views of the river and nature. Host was great with very timely communication and super easy check-in and check-out. Will definitely return!

Thanks for letting us know about the dust on top of the fridge so we can address it after the fact. So sorry it had such a huge negative impact on your stay. We would have addressed it immediately had you let us know during your stay of this issue. I did go myself and clean it off as soon as we read this after realizing that our cleaner probably is not tall enough to see the top of the fridge from her vantage point. Thanks so much for letting us know!

The River House in White Springs

Excellent place to stay while visiting White Springs or hiking the Florida Trail. Beautiful settings under Oak trees with overlook of Suwanne river. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing.

Beautiful home and area!

We had a great time at this home away from home. Very comfortable and it has has everything you need for a great vacation. Our Dog enjoyed the area as well having lots of room to run and play. We will be back.
