Although it is spectacular, the beachfront view is hardly the only reason to stay at Twin Palms 1805. You also get to enjoy the condo complex’s resort-worthy amenities. There’s a large outdoor pool, of course, with a spacious patio that looks out onto the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. In addition to the poolside chaises, the patio is furnished with tables and chairs for alfresco dining (the salt-tinged ocean breeze makes everything taste better!) and gas grills where you can cook up steaks, burgers, or fish you reeled in yourself from the nearby pier.
Thanks to Twin Palms’ indoor gym, you don’t have to miss a workout during your stay (though if you want to, we’ll never tell!). After exercising you can pamper your weary muscles in either the outdoor or the indoor hot tub. Other relaxing options are a session in the sauna or the steam room. And because the complex consists of only 90 units, you don’t have to worry about the facilities being overcrowded.
The sense of ease and relaxation continues inside unit 1805 itself. Located on the 18th floor, the 2-bedroom condo offers a front-row view of the gulf and the sugary sands from the living/dining area, the primary bedroom, and the large curved balcony that stretches the width of the unit. You could while away entire days on the balcony, which is furnished with chaises, armchairs, and a dining table for 4.
Because sliding glass doors are all that separates the living/dining area from the balcony, you can relish the view even as you stretch out on the sofa to watch TV, take advantage of the free WiFi to surf the web, or sit down for a meal. The dining area can accommodate 6 people at the elegant table and 2 more at the breakfast bar.
On the other side of the breakfast bar is the gleaming kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, gadgets, and tableware you could possibly need. Even if you eat most of your meals at the many nearby restaurants, you’ll appreciate having a full-size refrigerator to keep wine and milk cold and a blender for mixing up margaritas to enjoy on the balcony.
The primary bedroom, like the living area, opens directly onto the balcony. You don’t even have to step out onto it to watch the sunrise, however; you can view it right from the lush comfort of the king-size bed. The primary bedroom also offers an HDTV and a private bathroom.
Furnished with a queen-size and a full bed, the 2nd bedroom can sleep as many as 4. This room has its own flat-screen TV and bathroom as well. And if you have additional guests, the living area’s sofa opens into another queen-size bed, so that Twin Palms 1805 can sleep 8 people in all.
Among the other amenities are cable TV and a washer and dryer right in the unit, so you can pack lighter than usual. The best amenity of all, however, has to be the beachfront location. Ride the elevator down from your condo, take a few steps outside, and you are right there, on the sparkling sands. When you stay at Twin Palms 1805 in season, you’ll even have 2 free chairs and an umbrella set up for you on the beach daily, courtesy of the owner. That’s a savings of at least $30 a day.
Should you tire of swimming, parasailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, collecting shells, and watching dolphins in the surf (tough to imagine, we know), there’s plenty more to do close by. WonderWorks and Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Are both within walking distance; ZooWorld and Gulf World are among the attractions less than a 15-minute ride away.
Further adding to your vacation experience, you will receive Resort Collection Rewards, a program that offers FREE admission to some of Panama City Beach’s most famous attractions. Check out this season’s rewards by choosing the “Rewards” tab at the top of the page.
During the season, Twin Palms 1805 is available for weekly rentals only, with a Saturday arrival. Book your stay today, then get ready for your ideal vacation by the beach.
