Recently updated unit with beautiful views of the emerald coast! The unit features multiple resort pools, beach access, and is close to local attractions!

As you enter your vacation home you are greeted with views of the World's Most Famous White Sandy Beach! You will have access to your own ensuite washer and dryer making it easy to bring a light load. Your kitchen is also well stocked with all new essential items! Each room is provided with a Flatscreen TV allowing you to easily wind down after a day full of adventure whether it was on the beach or the many local attractions! You can also sit back and relax on your private balcony and watch the sunrise or sunset while enjoying your choice of drink!

This was our first time visiting. Wonderful place. Everything was very nice and clean. The added beach chairs included was so nice and convenient . They give you plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. We had absolutely no problems.

Thanksgiving Break at the Beach

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. Beautiful, comfortable accommodations with fantastic views. Clean and well appointed. The management company sent very helpful communications making check in/out very easy. Highly recommend for families with kids. We will definitely return.

Beautiful condo right on the ocean

We loved this condo. It’s spacious and right on the sugar sand beach. It’s also literally 5 minutes from everything. We loved it!

Just wow!

Amazing property with easy beach access. This is one property where I didn't have to wait for elevators. Condo was well furnished, kitchen had needed utensils and appliances looked modern. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. The location was perfect offering easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit the cleanliness of the property really stood out and we appreciated the addition to detail. The host was informative and had great communication regarding the property, making the entire experience, smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental.

Home away from home

Our family enjoyed our stay in 1804 the condo was very clean. If you didn’t feel like driving to eat you were walking distance to some pretty great restaurants. We had awesome views of sun rises and sunsets from our balcony. I will be renting this unit for our vacation for next year.

Wonderful condo!!

We have travelled to Panama City beach for many vacations and this is, by far, the best condo we have ever stayed in! Very clean (and I am picky!), beautiful, fresh decor, and fantastic view! Easy to get to parking and beach! We will definitely choose this condo for our next trip to PCB.

A needed getaway !!!

We needed a getaway and we got one. App showed some places close by to grab a bite and none of them disappointed. We enjoyed the room and the view was quite spectacular. Dolphins, crabs, and fish everyday. The sand was groomed and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean. Very clean. The staff was quite diligent at making the property nice.

Girlfriends Beach Vaca

Wonderful time in Ocean Villa. Everything was efficient, clean and nicely decorated. Sofa was not so comfortable but everything else, beds, chairs were good. Everyone liked the tall chairs and table on deck and the view of beach and sunsets were awesome. Hope for another opportunity to return!
