Recently updated unit with beautiful views of the emerald coast! The unit features multiple resort pools, beach access, and is close to local attractions!

As you enter your vacation home you are greeted with views of the World's Most Famous White Sandy Beach! You will have access to your own ensuite washer and dryer making it easy to bring a light load. Your kitchen is also well stocked with all new essential items! Each room is provided with a Flatscreen TV allowing you to easily wind down after a day full of adventure whether it was on the beach or the many local attractions! You can also sit back and relax on your private balcony and watch the sunrise or sunset while enjoying your choice of drink!

This was our first time visiting. Wonderful place. Everything was very nice and clean. The added beach chairs included was so nice and convenient . They give you plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. We had absolutely no problems.

Thanksgiving Break at the Beach

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. Beautiful, comfortable accommodations with fantastic views. Clean and well appointed. The management company sent very helpful communications making check in/out very easy. Highly recommend for families with kids. We will definitely return.

Just wow!

Amazing property with easy beach access. This is one property where I didn't have to wait for elevators. Condo was well furnished, kitchen had needed utensils and appliances looked modern. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very clean and was decorated nicely. There were plenty of towels and lots of water pressure in the master bathroom. The mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed. Although we didn’t use the extra bedroom or bathroom, I believe they were as well stocked and comfortable as the master bedroom.

A needed getaway !!!

We needed a getaway and we got one. App showed some places close by to grab a bite and none of them disappointed. We enjoyed the room and the view was quite spectacular. Dolphins, crabs, and fish everyday. The sand was groomed and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean. Very clean. The staff was quite diligent at making the property nice.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. The location was perfect offering easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit the cleanliness of the property really stood out and we appreciated the addition to detail. The host was informative and had great communication regarding the property, making the entire experience, smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental.

Wonderful!

We brought our family to stay in PCB and had a great time. The condo was beautiful and clean with a wonderful view! The entire place was family friendly and we felt very comfortable with our 2 and 4 year old. Would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me, my best friend and our girls (14 & 10) have taken a beach trip every year for the last five years. We usually pick different places along the Gulf but this was our second vacation to PCB and at Ocean Villa, first time in this unit, and we couldn’t have been happier! It felt like absolute home there!! So welcoming and gorgeously decorated, and the hosts graciously checked in with us during our stay! We had everything we needed, bundles of towels (tied in cute blue ribbon, too) and all the cookware and utensils that you’d need. It’s a nice 5-10mins walk down the beach to the left to Pineapple Willy’s to grab a drink and people watch, it makes you appreciate how spacious our part of the beach was lol! We had the most perfect week, I’m sad to be home, but excited to plan our next trip 💖

Home away from home

Our family enjoyed our stay in 1804 the condo was very clean. If you didn’t feel like driving to eat you were walking distance to some pretty great restaurants. We had awesome views of sun rises and sunsets from our balcony. I will be renting this unit for our vacation for next year.

We stayed in this beautiful condo. So modern. Beautifully decorated. Everything you ever needed with a spectacular view. Will definitely book again. And the Vrbo host was excellent deal with. We come here every year- this is one of the best stays ever.

Girlfriends Beach Vaca

Wonderful time in Ocean Villa. Everything was efficient, clean and nicely decorated. Sofa was not so comfortable but everything else, beds, chairs were good. Everyone liked the tall chairs and table on deck and the view of beach and sunsets were awesome. Hope for another opportunity to return!

Family Spring Break

Condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Even with one elevator down during our stay, wait times were not long at all. Pool and Hot tub were always busy, we had to wait to use the grill once - not bad considering we were there during the peak of Spring Break. Overall, would stay again.
