Sunbird 204 is located on the second floor, perfect for guests who want easy access to their condo. No waiting on elevators! This condo is situated on the east side of the building but still has the perfect spot to witness the impressive sunrises and sunsets along Panama City Beach from your private balcony.

Upon entering Sunbird 204, the primary bedroom is on the left which features a full-size bed and plenty of storage for your personal belongings. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. As you continue, Sunbird 204 opens up into a spacious living area with access to the private balcony. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, and flat-screen TV. There is also a dining area with a table and seating for four. Sunbird 204 also has tile flooring throughout the condo – no carpet!

If you’d rather enjoy a home-cooked meal instead of visiting one of the many fantastic local restaurants, you have a fully-equipped kitchen that provides everything you’ll need to make it happen. The kitchen has all major appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and the housewares essentials needed such as pots and pans, plates, glassware, silverware and more.

Sunbird Beach Resort is located on the historic east-end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Dr. The resort has three refreshing Gulf-front pools (one heated seasonally), a tennis court, fitness center, beach volleyball net, and shuffleboard for your enjoyment.
