The Summit 1230 condominium, on the 12th level, features a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom unit that sleeps up to six people and has amazing Gulf views. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, plenty of storage, and a private half-bathroom with access to the full-bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination. The built-in twin bunk beds provide the children with an ideal sleeping space.

Relax in the spacious living room, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa, loveseat, a ceiling fan for those hot days and a flat screen television for gathering together and watching family movies. The sofa can be pushed out into a queen-size bed for additional sleeping space.

There are numerous options for dining out. Summit 1230, has a well-equipped kitchen, so you may go grocery shopping and dine in every night if you please. You'll find everything you need to prepare a delectable meal for your visitors.
