Highly recommend this room to others! Right there at the beach and pool! Only thing that was a pain in the butt was the elevators taking too long with people unloading and loading the check in and check out but other than that everything is smooth sailing and awesome!!

Wonderful!

We absolutely love this area. It's nice and quiet, with great beaches, restaurants and shopping. Our host, Cort, is very responsive and answers any questions or concerns promptly! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for a great stay!

I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay. Property manager was easy to work with. The condo was clean. Great location to the pool and beach. 100% recommend staying here! We will be booking again.

Great stay!

Our second trip to this condo complex and absolutely love it. The ease of this unit on second floor is great no waiting for elevator. Overall, unit was clean and for our family of 3 was perfect.

Great vacation week at PCB

Our unit was on the 2nd floor at Regency Towers. It was a nice unit and I loved the low floor. It was a lovely vacation. The ocean water and awesome weather was spectacular! May is the best month to visit PCB!

Would recommend

Easy check in process although different than what I expected since I had to check in with front office. Haven't had to do that in awhile. Nice and clean rooms and since I was on the second floor easy to get to ground level vs using the elevators. Would definitely stay again.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit was directly on the beach.the amenities of the Regency are excellent. There are 2 large pools--one heated, and a sauna tub. The beach chairs poolside have umbrellas about every other chair. These are welcome to escape the direct, hot sun. There's a snack bar with drinks and a menu to please most. There are also a variety of activities throughout the week. Very family friendly. The unit itself was very spacious. We found some of the living room furniture to be broken. The floor covering in one area was broken, withThis was reported to the owner. Kitchen pots and pans, utensils, etc were limited. There was one frying pan nobody would want to use. A wine opener, but no wine glasses. We went to Walmart and purchased needed items.Soon after arriving, we found the freezer to be leaking into the refrigerator and on to the floor. When reported, they did send someone out.Overall, the unit would get a 3 star rating.

beach trip

We loved the location of the unit on the second floor. It overlooks the pool & Only one flight of stairs to climb. The elevator is too slow so with the 2nd floor we never used it. There was a DG across the street & we were able to get all our groceries there.Condo was clean & even had a few trash bags, dish soap & aluminum foil which was helpful. We left our big sand shovels in the closet for the next family. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect family vacation

2nd floor unit is convenient to avoid elevators. Location was great, and amenities were exactly what we needed for a family vacation this summer. The unit definitely needs an update, as there are several other units that are more updated and look more appealing. However, that did not alter our stay. The floors could have been cleaner, but honestly it’s at the beach so sand is to be expected. We just had black feet from walking barefoot. The only thing we didn’t like, was the bedrooms did not have ceiling fans. But overall we had a wonderful time and the unit had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property.

Nice a few unexpected fees

Arrived at 6 pm. Fortunately had condo on 2 nd floor 1 of 3 elevators out again. Vehicle registration fee (1st time I have had this charge in over 30+yrs) Pool area very clean. Beach was beautiful. Condo had mildew in ceiling of second bathroom ceiling. No trash can in second bathroom. No dresser in second bedroom had an entertainment center with one drawer and a single night stand. Not enough room to put our clothes. And no garbage disposal Otherwise it was beautiful.

Regency Towers has put a guest registration process in place where they sell the parking passes and resort bands to guest instead of the Property Manager. This is done upon arrival at the complex. Thanks for informing me on the ceiling issue and the trash baskets. We cleaned and painted the bathroom ceilings this past weekend. Most of the older complexes were never plumbed for garbage disposals and they can’t be added now. But as always our beautiful beaches and the amazing pool and beach views make the vacation a memorable experience. We look forward to hosting you again.
