Adorable quirky house

These two houses are both functional and you will have great memories. John was able to accommodate us with early check in and was there for any of our needs during our stay. Parking was a little different since the parking ordinances are changing in the front of the house which forced us to park in the alley. Dishwasher wasn't working correctly and the WiFi didn't work. We were a family of 11 and had many laughs, enjoyed the spaces and absolutely loved the sand volley ball court too.

Family vacation

John was very helpful with good tips of places to eat and visit .. I dropped by billfold accidently in the driveway and didn’t notice until the next day someone in town found it and saw me walking to the sheriffs office and returned it to me with nothing missing …great small town. Went to Carter Lake close by. Loveland very close by.Boulder Falls we’re the best and Estes park close. Rocky Mountain National park close by…..my family enjoyed the back yard fire pit…bag games and volleyball and ping pong…also enjoyed some of the food trucks.Berthoud brewery was a good place and accepted kids very well The staff was great and also the customers very friendly

Great House

Wish my group would have arrived earlier, but traffic was bad in Nebraska. More than enough room, lots of fun things to do in the backyard, well taken care of older homes, and cool designs. We could not find the 4th bathroom, but we arrived so late that I didn’t want to bother the owner to double check. Overall, a great place to stay. Would recommend for large groups!

A Fabulous Stay

We came to this property for a family gathering. It exceeded our expectations on multiple levels. The property itself has comfortable amenities and broad opportunities for entertainment that fit the needs of our family perfectly! The backyard gives you a slice of the beautiful pristine air of Colorado. Local restaurants, historical section and food trucks right next-door made this memorable. Most of the beds are outfitted with memory foam mattresses and are very comfortable. The host is easily accessible and responsive to any needs or information that you may require. If you have a large gathering to accommodate you, you will find it difficult to find any place better than this. We made new memories on this important occasion for our family!

Big on fun and centrally located…

Our family was looking for a home where many of us could stay under one roof. Found this beautiful listing that was close to where we would be spending most of our time. The place was nice and cozy. We all had wonderful sleep and many activities to choose from. All the comforts of home away from home. Would love to stay here again when visiting Colorado. Host was very responsive and super sweet! If you have a large family, a get together with friends, reunion, this is the place to stay. Incredible place to stay!

Berthoud Getaway

We stayed at John's houses recently, and had a very pleasant stay. John was easy to deal with and responsive. The house had plenty of space and were well equipped with a lot of activities.

PERFECT for big groups.

If you’re looking to stay in this beautiful area with a big group, you can’t beat this deal! We had half boys and half girls, so the ability to divide them between the homes was perfect. We are returning to this area next year and there is a very high chance we try and rebook this property!

Amazing property and host! Definitely worth while

The photos don't do it justice. Both houses are great and have fabulous amenities. One home has plenty of games to play, an excellent setup for a movie night or video games, and a cute backyard for outdoor yard games. The other house had fabulous bathrooms and an open kitchen. This is definitely a hidden gem in the Loveland area!
