Enjoy a peaceful downtown experience at this centrally-located place in Bryson City! A modern build with historic touches next door to our historic Bryson City Farmhouse. Every inch of the house is custom designed and filled with amenities to make your stay perfect. Two parking spaces are available. The entire project is featured in a series by the Perkins Builder Brothers. EV Charger in parking area.

The Plott House is next door to our historic Bryson City Farmhouse (sleeps 8). Also check out our other downtown property the Hazel House (sleeps 4).

We absolutely loved staying at The Plott House. This house is so beautiful and well done. It is convenient to downtown Bryson City, and had everything we needed.

Ashley was a great host and let us use her beautiful Plott House rental. The best thing about this was how close and walkable to town and events. The house was just as described, clean and quiet even the "city" noises did little to bother us. ,We had a great time and may look into returning down the road for a repeat trip

Perfect little property! The pictures don’t do it justice. A quick walk to downtown Bryson city, privacy on the back porch. It’s incredibly well appointed and clean. Will be back!

We loved our stay at the Plott House. It was fun to see the pieces of local history displayed throughout the home. The home has a delightfully open feeling, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for a day spent at NOC.

This is a wonderful place to stay you can walk to everything in Bryson City we was able to set on the back deck and watch the fireworks show just like at ringside we loved the Plott House

Location, location, location. So much fun to be able to just walk downtown. I've stayed in the area before, and the 'out in the boonies' atmosphere is great. BUT, this is convenient, and you can still drive to all those hiking places that you'd like to go. The house was lovely and stocked with all that one could need for a stay. Good job Ashley!!

The kitchen was fully equipped, with everything we needed. The entire place was very clean, well-kept and decorated so nicely. The view and location were great! Very convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Bryson City. Easy walk to town and train station. The Plott House was quiet, very clean, and comfortable! History of the house was explained and items from the build shared. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay.

I live in the Great Smoky Mountains in the adorable small town of Bryson City. I am a full-time artist and have a small gallery/art studio at 120 Main Street. My husband is co-owner of Bryson City Outdoors/Taproom and the BCO Market/Bryson Bakery. We are partners with the Perkins Builder Brothers and have saved many old houses in the area. We love our cute little town and the beautiful mountains that surround it.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The neighborhood is located right downtown with an easy walk to restaurants, shops and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad Depot. The central location is only a few miles away from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and also a great location for day trips to Ashevlle, Gatlinburg, Cashiers, Franklin and Fontana. Also being right downtown in the winter is a plus because the roads are quickly cleared.
