Our cozy house is ideal for families, friends, and large groups seeking an ultimate home base to explore Austin. Located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood in N Austin, we're 20 mins from Downtown and Lake Travis, 15 mins from the Domain shopping center, Q2 stadium, and 10 mins from the Arboretum, Bull Creek Park, springs, and trails.

THE SPACE
Our house is situated on a serene 0.4-acre lot surrounded by majestic oak trees. You'll spot deer roaming, birds chirping, and squirrels scampering all around yet you are just a few minutes away from great restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, shopping malls, and I-35 highway.

The 2,166 sqft one-story floor plan offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing comfortable sleep for up to 11 people. You'll find 2 king beds, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 3 twin beds to choose from.

With your extra conveniences in mind, every aspect of this house is thoughtfully decorated and furnished.

Our back and front yards also provide a peaceful retreat for everyone to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Two out of four bedrooms boast top-quality windows, providing added protection against storms and tornados, should they ever occur in Austin.

For families with baby and small kid, we have a wide selection of gears available, including a pack n play crib, high chair, bath tub, bed bumper and more. Just let us know what you need, and we'll be happy to prepare everything for you.

Quiet neighborhood, lovely home

Our family (grandparents, son, daughter in law, and two grandchildren) - total of 7 - stayed here several nights. It’s an open floor plan and nice layout. Very clean and great communication with the owner. Thank you!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

We had a great stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood in good location. House was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we might need for the weekend. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, and a well equipped kitchen. Pillows were very firm, so if you like softer, bring your own. The door code to enter the property is a little tricky, but we got in after entering it a few tries. Garage has a door opener so we used that way to enter the rest of the weekend which was great for our big family. The host was so pleasant and quick to answer all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this VRBO to friends to stay while in north Austin.

Great Stay for Families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of Montessori play toys, a lovely shaded, fenced in yard.. The house was well equipped with pots, plans, coffee and some snacks in a basket to get us by while we unpacked before we could make it to the store, plenty of bedding, blankets and towels. Comfortable beds. Very cozy yet plenty of space to stretch out. I would stay here again!

Firstly, its location in one of Austin's safest neighborhoods provides us with peace of mind and a secure environment to raise our family. Moreover, it's conveniently situated next to Laurel Mountain Elementary school, widely regarded as one of the best public schools in the area, making it a great choice for our children's education. We like that our children can witness wildlife, including deer and squirrels, right in our backyard. I especially love the century oaks located in the front and backyards which add to the property's beauty and charm, making it a joy to come home every day.
