Weekend in Cincy

As out of town, first time visitors of Cincinnati, we enjoyed our stay. The rental was walking distance to everything we needed, and was the perfect amount of room for four adults! If we are ever back in the area, we will stay here again!

Great Stay!

Really enjoyed the stay here, it was a great location near many OTR dining spots and convenient to downtown as well. The space was really clean and Martin was great at helping get settled in with parking and all other details.

Wonderful stay

Had a great time and so much was within walking distance - appreciated the gated entrance and code needed to get in building and room - linens and towels were so comfy. I also appreciated that the coffee was so well stocked!

Cincy Weekend

The perfect location, walking distance to many restaurants and the excellent Findlay Market. The streetcar stop is steps away, but the concert venue and the Ohio river attractions are only a short drive. The condo was very clean and much larger than appears in the photos. The host is very responsive. I would stay here again!

A great location !

A clean, wonderfully set up apartment, in an excellent location. We were 2 blocks from the soccer stadium and several blocks from many nightlife options. The space was ideal for our group if 4.

Great spot in OTR

This was a great spot for our weekend in Cincinnati to watch some baseball. Walking distance to the ball park and great restaurants. The roof top patio was also a fantastic spot to just relax. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Dtown OTR Cinci experience

Love Cinci and this property is the best place to stay to get the full Cinci culture and experience. A few blocks from Findlay Market, Washington Park, concerts, all the best food and amazing roof top accomodations. Quiet, peaceful, clean and just very well done. Thank you.

Exceeded expectations!

This stay was wonderful! The pictures do not do this place justice, it was WAY larger than we thought it was going to be. Great location, close to a lot of popular places in OTR. The host even offered us a later checkout for free. I was sad to leave and wish we had more time, will be back!

Great stay

It was a great stay. The location was perfect able to get many things downtown. There were a lot of activities close by. The rail system made it easy to get around. The only negative was parking and the steps going up to the unit. The steps are steep and narrow especially when bringing luggage and supplies in.

Sports Weekend

Great location near TQL and Finnley’s Market. Light Rail stops 50 yards away. Great for attending events at TQL Stadium and a quick light rail ride to to Reds or Bengals games.

Perfect location for Cinci sports

Had a blast meeting friends for the OU game vs University of Cinci and a Reds game. The Connector is real close to the apartment and so handy to use. We loved the Findley Market, breweries and Cinci natives are so nice ! We will be back

You can’t go wrong

Beautiful building near everything. Not good if you can’t walk up 2 flights of stairs. Otherwise great place. Awesome deck with great view. Exposed brick is gorgeous. Quiet and easy check in. Responsive owner. You can’t go wrong.

Enjoyed the rooftop deck and our time in Cincy!

We enjoyed our time in Cincy and especially loved eating on the rooftop deck multiple nights in Martin's place. The space met our needs well. There are a lot of steep steps up to the apartment, which may limit those with mobility issues. The second bedroom is also up a flight of steps without a bathroom on that floor. We experienced an ant problem in the main bedroom on our 3rd day, but Martin was quick to respond with some ant traps. Parking was always accessible right on the street in front of the apartment and easy to pay for parking with a parking app. There were many great restaurants within walking distance of the apartment and we would definitely book again on our next visit to Cincy.

Great homebase

This property was wonderful. Martin was a great host. He was very attentive and prompt without being intrusive. The apartment itself was very well done and had a ton of character. It was also educational because I got the opportunity to explain 8-track tapes and Bootsy Collins to my teenagers!! The location is very close to anything you may want to do in the OTR and the free streetcar stop is right outside the door. The only negative for some would be the stairs. This is a very old building and it’s a third floor walk up and the stairs are very narrow and steep. I loved the character of the place but if you have mobility issues you may want to think about this one. For those who don’t, you won’t be disappointed.
