The entire home is available to you and your guests. Outside you have access to the whole yard, front porch with rocking chairs (pillows are inside in the entry table below and throw blankets in the living room if needed), a deck overlooking the fully fenced backyard. There are two outdoor tables one that seats 4 and the smaller one 2 with chairs.
Parking: There are 2 spots on the steep driveway and two in the garage. The garage can be accessed by the keypad provided out front. There is parking on the street in front of the house. However, please note our street is very narrow, so we highly recommend parking off the street.
URGENT NOTICE: STRICT PARKING POLICY
We kindly emphasize a crucial rule: the property strictly prohibits the parking of commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorhomes, truck campers, or any other recreational vehicles or equipment anywhere on the premises or in communal areas, including the front of the house. Our home built in 1940 is in a quiet neighborhood minutes from town. Outside you are surrounded by large green trees including a Coastal Redwood in the backyard, take it all in from the deck or front porch. Inside you will find a welcome book detailing everything you need to know about making the most of your stay here. We allow only house-trained, well-behaved dogs, maximum of 2 per stay and must be on the reservation $35 each. There are 2 smart TV's, a 65" in the main floor living room and a 55" upstairs in the 4th bedroom. You can log into your Netflix, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime accounts or choose from the free pre-loaded apps, or the many DVDs we provide.
The kitchen is fully outfitted to accommodate any favorite meal you may want to create included are: rice cooker, slow cooker, stock pots, pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utensils, baking sheets, cutting boards, cheese grater, pizza cutter and more. There is a BBQ on the covered patio outside the laundry room. We provide tea and drip coffee, bring your own specialty flavors or varieties.
The dining room is open to the kitchen and seats 6 comfortably, but there are other dining chairs available to add as needed. From here you have a great view of the backyard and on clear days a little peek of the ocean.
On the main level are bedrooms 2 & 3 with Queen beds, a full bath and laundry room just steps down the hall.
Up the stairs on the second level is the Primary King bedroom suite with large walk in closet, built in shelves and drawers, window seat and pillows to relax and read a book. Bedroom 4 is upstairs as well with 2 daybeds, one with a trundle bed that pulls out and lifts up. There are built in shelves with books and a chair for reading. On a clear day you can see the ocean above the trees from this room as well!

All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses, room darkening shades or curtains, night stands (some with USB ports) & lamps, alarm clock, a dresser, closet with hangers, ceiling fan, extra blankets or throws and pillows.
