Home above and beyond vacation experience

Location A stunning views excellent beach aces. Amenities A, was stocked like a home and not generic rental or hotel.Plus all the amenities and extras were easy to use and fully functional. Appreciated the hot ready to go in upon arrival. Rider share and the food delivery excellent for this small community. The checking was frustrating especially for us older not so text savvy travelers. Never experienced this before just to get a door code. No tour needed on that stormy wet December evening.That was all forgotten when I slipped into the extraordinary spa tub that evening ocean fireplace and ocean roaring. Best way to end my year.

Amazing views

We come every year to Brookings, this was our first stay at this house we will be staying here next year. This house is so comfortable, the beds were comfy and the views are amazing. Only thing is there are no binoculars so bring some so you can watch the whales. Alice was not feeling well so she didn’t meet us but she was quick to respond when I text. Thank you again we will be back

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub, view of the ocean, and easy access to the beach. The property management company was efficient and good with communication. Overall, it was a great experience!

Excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

Ultimate Ocean view

The views are even more stunning in person - absolutely breathtaking, we spent hours either sitting in the living room or hot tub, taking in the vast ocean view. Stairs are numerous, but actually pretty easy down to the fantastic beach with incredible rock formations. Everything was clean, well appointed, lots of thoughtful details and the pool table was a fun bonus. The harbor is an easy walk and fun to explore. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was a dream! We had everything that we needed and the location was beautiful. You can open the windows at night and have the ocean sounds to fall asleep to! We would love to come stay again next year!

Amazing Beach House

The house was immaculately clean! The kitchen had everything you could need from pots, pans, spices, and appliances. It was incredible to be able to take stairs down to the beach. The hot tub and fire pit were really fun too! We had a perfect family vacation there!

lack of communication and service

We were told that we would be "pampered" upon arrival. It had been advertised that the property manager, Alice, would check us in personally and give us a short tour. I texted her with our arrival time. When we got to the house I had to call to get the code for the front door. Then I had to call to find out how to access the extra room/rooms next to the garage. Then I had to call to get the wi-fi password.....it was not displayed where Alice told me it should be. The next day the water filter had to be changed which meant I had to call again. It was changed but the fridge never reset itself and continued to beep. It was very warm in the house when we arrived and we attempted to run the AC. It does not work, the compressor, which is located outside, never turned on. The jacuzzi did not work properly until a maintenance person came and fixed whatever the problem was. I did not even bother to call about that. We wanted to use the fire pit. I had text asking if there was another propane tank. Yes, in the pantry! It should have already been hooked up!!! Then I had to ask how to turn it on ...meaning where is the knob to turn so that gas can flow from the tank to the pit. My son found it in a draw in the entry way. Then there was no lighter fluid in the lighter!!! We had to search for the garbage and recycle cans!!! Communication via e-mail was horrible. However, I cannot get into any details because I am almost out of characters. Send me an e-mail if you care to find out.

Brookings paradise

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Brookings! The views were absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. Additionally, the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked dinners while taking in the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation!

Girls trip

This place was amazing and so peaceful! Enjoyed every aspect to the house! We went to the redwoods which was right down the road and highly recommend the seafood place down the road. So amazing and fresh.

Perfect place for total relaxation

This home is fabulous! It has everything you could possibly need. The beds were all very comfortable. There was plenty of comfortable seating for all of us and nothing less than wonderful views from every window. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the utensils we needed. We happily cooked our meals so we could hang out by the fire pit on the deck. We will stay here again.

Seaside Brookings House

Beautiful views. House was clean and modernized. Host actually met us there and toured us through the property. Great communication. Great town, close to the redwoods, beaches, and fishing. Highly recommend.
