The only thing better than this beautiful brand-new exquisitely designed home is the amazing view from every single one of the huge windows! As you walk through the grand entry, into the huge open living/dining concept, you will take in a 180+ degree view of Commencement Bay. Walk out on to the entertainment deck which has everything you need to enjoy the scenery including outdoor heating.
Walk back inside to oversized plush furniture, an amazing kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to entertain and cook for a group of up to 10 people. The designer kitchen comes with your very own espresso and ice machines and all new state of the art appliances.
The master suite will not disappoint with the same expansive views in both the bedroom and spa master ensuite. Double sinks for two await. Enjoy ultra plush and comfortable mattresses in every bedroom as well as premium linens.
Perched on a hill above the waterfront of Ruston Way, you will feel miles above the city but in reality are within a few miles of downtown Tacoma and the Tacoma dome, a block from the numerous restaurants/shops of Point Ruston, two miles to the Point Definace Zoo, two miles from I-5, 25 minutes from Seatac Airport, 35 minutes to downtown Seattle, an hour to Snoqualmie Pass, and two hours to Ocean Shores.
Enjoy walks along the 3 mile stretch of very walkable waterfront or take a tour of the Proctor District lined with historical homes, quant shops and delicious eateries on every corner.
This home also has an electric car charging station. There is absolutely nothing like this property available in the area. The size, location, and beauty of this home exceeds anything you can rent in the city! Please note that there are three separate units on this property, however, there is absolutely no shared space. Each unit is separate from living space to outdoor space, and included designated parking. This particular unit being the largest has a two car garage for parking as well as a large courtyard are that can fit two to three additional cars depending on size. Do not rent this property with the intention of hosting an event/party. There is limited parking only for the number of guests allowed (only up to 4-5 cars depending on size). Guest limit is strictly enforced.

House is beautiful with amazing views. Really close to downtown Ruston. Surprising amount of privacy with no direct neighbors able to see in the living room. This is surprising because of the location being so close to Ruston. Nice a quiet beside the random train that goes by, but you just hear a little rumbling. We will for sure stay here again.

Stunning home on Point Ruston

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. The photos on the listing are very accurate but we were pleasantly surprised by the incredible view and location. We took advantage of the location by enjoying Point Ruston, the new market there, Point Defiance (very nice hiking trails), and the proximity to fantastic neighborhoods in Tacoma. I hope we get a chance to stay there again!

Thanksgiving with a View

This is a spectacular home with great views of Commencement Bay. The rooms are immaculate the appliances brand new and the hosts very accommodating. We hosted a long overdue family gathering with our kids on the west coast and truly enjoyed every moment. We will be back soon!

NWPPA CONFERENCE

Our companies executive leadership team flew all the way from Cincinnati, OH to work this years’ annual NWPPA 2024 Conference hosted here in Tacoma. Our experience was absolutely AMAZING in every way possible. The weather we apparently had was rare and enjoyable, the food was unbelievable and the views were breathtaking. The home itself was by far one of the cleanest and freshest Vrbo’s that our team has ever stayed in. We hope to return soon again!

Amazing property!!

Family Fun

This property was amazing. So close to everything on our agenda for the weekend - the zoo- great restaurants and the Tacoma Dome. It’s modern and contemporary but you feel right at home. The views were out of a fairytale. Highly recommend.

The home is clean, modern and has stunning water views! It was perfect for a family wedding weekend. Anthem coffee shop is 4 minutes away as are several good seafood restaurants. Really a perfect spot!

This property was beautiful and so peaceful. The host were very quick to respond and very accommodating. Only thing that we needed to work out was parking for our larger group. Caution for much more than 3 cars. Well worth the stay!

Mrs. Leona I will appear to be "over exaggerating" however I guarantee your future guests WILL agree that every word is accurate. Your Tacoma/Ruston home is hands down one of the most impressive homes I have had the pleasure of staying in-including travels for my military and civilian careers-that speaks volumes. Everything you want or need is there PLUS. Everything is top of line to include mattressess, appliances, expresso station, Traeger grill, furnishings, heated floors, towels and bed linens... EVERYTHING! Mrs. Leona, her family, and their adorable grandson/white Pomeranian "Romeo" are truly perfect hosts-always attentive, pleasant, and available from day one. ...AND...then there's the location... The breathtaking panoramic views of Commencement Bay from every area!!! Descriptions nor the photos don't/can't do it justice. Multiple times per day we were drawn to just take it in. There's also a pond with ducklings and a beautiful forest of trees behind the home. It's just minutes from a beautiful walking park, great restaurants/shopping, etc. Thank you so much for an outstanding experience and we hope to enjoy your home each time we return. God Bless.
