Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at Pelican Walk twice per year since 2013, with the exception of a 2018 fall Hurricane Michael. I have always enjoyed staying here, the staff is amazing, the rooms are well kept, it is convenient to all of PCB, the ocean view is phenomenal. I expect to return in the spring and fall of 2024.

TV was nice, we were happy to have the ability to log into streaming services for rainy days. Great location. Lots to do in the area. The inclusion of beach chair service made this property stand out. It leveled up the beach experience!

PCB vaca summer 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this condo many years, however this one was not the best. First of all, only one elevator was working, which made it impossible for us to use a dolly. They were always gone during checkout & checkin.Then to the cleanliness, it was barely touched up. I reported it the next day & they came up & cleaned again. There were still things not done from messes from the last family. I am considering not staying there again. Pelican Walk you need to improve.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed with anchor management at pelican walk for the past 11 or 12 years, and it’s always the same, clean, well decorated, comfortable bed, and the office staff are always willing to help with anything and are very courteous. I highly recommend anchor management For your next day in beautiful Panama City Beach.
