GUEST ACCESS
The entire condo is available to you. We have an easy-to-use smart lock in the front door with 24/7 access for your convenience during your stay.

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE
-> You are renting directly from the owners – there is no middleman, concierge, or property management company. We are Superhosts and have been hosting our own properties for years. We live in Playa del Carmen in the event of emergencies.
-> The house is in a family-friendly, residential community not suited for partygoers. It is better to stay in the Hotel Zone if you are looking for bars and discos.
-> There is a development being built next door to our brand-new community and there might be noise occassionally outside our condo from 8 am to 6 pm. Fortunately, the condo is well insulated when inside.
-> Access to the beaches is a right of the public according to Mexican federal law. Unfortunately, this is not really the case in the Riviera Maya. Access is mostly restricted by private developments or hotels, so the solution is to go directly to beach clubs where there is a minimum consumption required. We can recommend a few that are as close as a 15-minute bike ride from the building. Beach clubs usually offer full service, and you can lounge in front of the beautiful Caribbean Sea. There are a few public beaches that we can also recommend.
-> Public transportation is not very reliable, and there are no rideshare app services in the city. Taxis are tricky to deal with. We highly recommend a renting a car to explore around and beyond Tulum. You may rent bikes in our building to go the hotel zone.
-> Please be aware that public and private services such as electricity or internet in Tulum tend to be a little less reliable than in other areas of the country. Please understand that there is not much we can do about it if services are down for a little while.
-> Infants and toddlers are welcome! Just note that our condo is not baby or child-proof.
-> You will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement for this property.
-> This area of Mexico is prone to mosquitoes, especially during hot or humid weather; we recommend using a repellent if you want to enjoy our patio, pool area, or any outdoor area. You may also stumble upon spiders, scorpions, or small snakes anywhere in the outdoors – this city is, after all, in the middle of the Caribbean jungle. But don’t worry, most insects and animals in this area are not dangerous.
-> We've cut the cord and we offer no cable or antennas. Our studio is equipped with a Smart TV connected to wireless internet. You may log in with your own streaming services to watch the latest shows. Just remember to de-register prior to departure to avoid other people using your accounts.
