Great stay but very loud

The apartment is great, so is the location. There were a few things that were supposed to be included but couldn’t be found in our apartment. However, the communication with the owner was smooth and he fixed what we asked for. The patio was smaller than we expected and not really a place to hang our wet clothes/towels to dry which was a disappointment. It wasn’t particularly quiet either, whenever someone walked outside of our door it sounded like they were in our room. The poolarea at the bottomfloor was really nice, but the pools didn’t feel very clean. Overall - a good stay for a couple of days!

Me hospede 2 noches y fue increíble, tuvimos una estancia muy agradable mi familia y yo, la limpieza del lugar, la comodidad excelente, el diseño de los departamentos son muy bonitos y muy completos, solo una observación respecto a los alrededores del hotel, que son calles llenas de lodo, sin pavimento, creo que pueden mejorar, pero en lo demás un excelente lugar, sin duda regresaremos.

This property was great just as it showed and beyond our expectations. The only confusion was I had read I was supposed to receive a code to check in but I never received any code even after the 4pm check in time. The staff at reception do not have anything to do with any of that but luckily the staff was kind enough to help contact the property owner for us even with the language barrier and we were eventually able to receive the code within 10 minutes,I would make sure to have the code prior to getting there. Other than that it was an amazing stay would stay there again and would reckoned to anyone. Location is great and only a 20 minute walk from the central bus station where you can take a bus to and from Tulúm airport.

Good value but needs improvement

Location is good and rooms are in good condition and very modern. Room cleanliness needs improvement and number of towels need to match number of guests. On the safety side, when renting the two connecting units there needs to be a way to lock the outside hallway door in order to avoid having to lock the two individual unit doors. We traveled with small children and decided not to use the small unit as it would have required us to lock them in the unit for the night without a way for them to get out and come to us if needed (unsafe). Thankfully there was a sofa bed in the larger unit for the 3 of them to sleep in next to our bedroom.

Pros- close to everything. Walking distance to downtown. Room and property were clean. 2 pools and a sauna. The downstairs pool is set up like a Cenote. Super cute. Cons- I was so disappointed about the plunge pool in our room. It was dirty and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. This is mostly the reason I got this specific room. No housekeeping during our 5 day stay. Also, the balcony railing was not stable. This is def a safety hazard. Need to know- make sure you know your room number and access code before you arrive. Front desk can’t help with that all. Area loses power/water intermittently. Not the hotels fault but just be aware of it.

Bien situé, calme, confortable

Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits, la chambre est grande et confortable, la balcon très sympa avec petite piscine (une epuisette serait un plus pour la nettoyer notamment en raison de la présence de beaucoup de moustiques dans l'eau) Douche avec eau chaude. Literie confortable. Bien situé dans Tulum dans quartier calme mais proche de tout. Copropriété avec plusieurs piscines, sauna, jacuzzi, à prendre en compte cependant l'eau des piscines est très très froide. Il est presque impossible de s'y baigner. La chambre n'est pas nettoyé pendant le séjour mais aucun problème pour nous.

El lugar no cuenta con wiffi, la estufa no prende, el clima fallan las baterías, la puerta mosquitera está caída, intenté comunicarme con el anfitrión en contadas ocasiones y nunca respondió mensajes ni llamadas, el complejo es bonito pero al departamento le falta atención en muchos detalles. Tuve que cambiarme de hotel
