Property was clean but the grill/griddle was not. Also, the pool needs lots of attention. The gates don’t have any locks one does not have a latch liability. If anyone were to get in the pool, the refrigerator needs the shelves replaced. Several were broken and we found them in a cabinet overall the property.Was good

The place was convenient walking distance to the stadium but I wish it was a little closer. Its a 20 minutes walk depending on your ability. We didn’t avail of the swimming pool as we have other activities but it looks very inviting. All in all it was a good experience and I will recommend it for those who want to attend events at the Raymond James stadium.

Unfortunately, our experience began poorly. Upon arriving around 4:20 p.m. after a long drive, we found the property had not been properly prepared for our stay.Among the issues we encountered were bags of dirty linens in the master closet, trash underneath the bed, a dirty plate with ashes/residue in the master bedroom sink, laundry left in both the washer and dryer, trash remaining in the kitchen garbage, groceries and partially consumed milk left in the refrigerator, and a vacuum cleaner left out containing dust and debris. The pool also appeared not to have been cleaned.We immediately documented the condition with photographs and contacted customer support and the host while attempting to resolve the situation. Ultimately, we chose not to stay and had to find alternate accommodations for our family.The host later stated that the property manager had inspected the home and that our concerns fell outside their refund policy. However, our concerns were not about minor preferences or expectations; they were about the basic preparation and cleanliness of the property upon arrival.I recommend future guests confirm the property's cleaning and turnover standards before booking.

Colby was a great host and his response time was exceptional. The property location was ideal for attending the Bucs game and had a nice sized kitchen with everything we needed to dine in. 4 bedrooms were clean and spacious and the pool table was a huge plus.

We had such a great time, The house was very clean and everything labeled so you had no problem finding stuff. We highly recommend this place when attending either a Bucs game or going to the Convention center.

The house was nothing like the pictures. Dead Carcass in the bed, pool was disgusting, AC didn’t work half the time, roof leaked, fence is falling down c tile in the pool area is all lifted, broken glass in the back yard, walls inside were not wiped, the house it not sealed well, doors with no lock to the outside, could not control the ac like advertised. It was terrible.

We enjoyed the whole stay. I few issues but Colby replied to all of our concerns instantly. The house was beautiful, the pool was a bonus for long days site seeing and we could spread out and enjoy.

Great Rental Home

My team of 5 was here for a business/charity event and this place met our needs and then some! It was clean, had lots of room, and the pool and pool table were definitely nice to have! We return every year around this time for this same event and would love to continue staying here!
