The far west side of El Paso is one of the fastest-growing areas in the city. If you plan on making your El Paso stay one for the books, Casita Bonita is sure to be your best option for a cozy and memorable getaway. Our casita is nestled in a beautiful and quiet family-friendly neighborhood at the foothills of the Franklin Mountains with nearby parks, hiking trails, delicious restaurants, and more!

The Casita Bonita has its own private entrance, queen-sized memory foam bed, kitchenette, washer and dryer, luxury bathroom, and patio seating area for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Inside you'll find a queen-sized memory foam mattress, a flat-screen TV with your favorite streaming services, fast Wi-Fi internet access, its own heating and air conditioning unit, a dedicated workspace area, and free parking!

Your kitchenette is equipped with all of the necessities. Refrigerator, oven, stove, a toaster, a blender, high-quality pots, pans, baking sheet, and cooking utensils.

And not to mention a fully stocked coffee bar with COMPLIMENTARY COOKIES FOR ALL OUR GUESTS!

Casita Bonita is adjacent to the "The Sun City Escape" Main House, but there are NO shared spaces so privacy is still maintained.

There is an attached "Sun City Escape" next to this home. If you would also like to book this full home, message the host! We typically have it rented out one month at a time. The casita shares one common wall with the main home, similar to an apartment or townhome. But don’t worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Both units have their own private entrance, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, and bathroom, and there is NO access to it from the home. But because these two units have a common front porch, you may see them occasionally. Don't be afraid to say hi, they are your neighbors after all. :)
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire guest home, this will include the patio seating area separated by an iron gate as pictured.

The backyard is reserved for the main house guests.

Although we love our furry friends, to keep our home as clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly as possible, no pets are allowed.

Security
To maintain a secure and safe premises, this home is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no interior cameras. Please note that this home is also equipped with a noise monitoring device to maintain a peaceful environment and ensure that our neighbors are not disturbed. This device detects noise levels, it does not listen to or record conversations.
