Welcome to the Tree House! Just minutes to Downtown Prescott! Nestled in the cool Pines of Prescott, this updated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is beautiful & cozy. Kitchen includes an 8-burner gas cooktop & 2 ovens. The kitchen is fully stocked! Living Room includes a sectional, TV, & a cozy Gas Fireplace. All mattresses are comfy pillowtop. The wonderful Deck overlooks pines, oaks & aspen trees and has majestic Mountain Views. Air conditioned home. Minutes to lakes!

This newly updated home was remodeled and decorated by an interior designer and is gorgeous! New Flooring, New Kitchen, New Baths, New Furniture & more! Master Bedroom: King Bed; Bedroom2: Queen Bed; Bedroom3: 2 Full Beds. All bedrooms have desks w/chairs. GreatRoom w/TV, Large Sectional Sofa & Cozy Gas Fireplace. Dining Table seats eight people. Kitchen is stunning & fully stocked; Kitchen island seats two. Outdoors has a covered deck that offers panoramic views of pine, oak, and aspen trees w/a majestic backdrop of the mountains. Outdoor dining offers dining table w/seating for 8 & 4 Adirondack chairs. There is a 2-car garage for guests to use (overnight parking on the street is NOT allowed). NOTE: There are stairs to access the home - please see picture).

Guests have full access to the 2,000 sqft home. 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Other things to note:
Note1: There are stairs to access the home. Note2: The home may not be conducive to small children as interior and exterior of the home have not been childproofed. Note3: There is no cable TV; only streaming. Note4: There is no overnight street parking - guests will be charged if this rule is broken. There is adequate space to park 2 vehicles in garage and driveway. Note5: The BBQ grill is not available for guests usage. Note6: There are Ring security cameras on exterior at front door, deck & backyard. Note7: While the property is very clean, the property owners have dogs, those with dog/pet allergies may want to reconsider staying at the property. Note8: Driveway is steep and during winter/snow months will require either a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle (otherwise, guests will have access to a snow shovel). Note9: Javelinas, Deer can be seen on the property; Bears have be seen within the community (bear brochure is in Welcome Book). Do not feed wild animals.

This is a beautiful property, with a wonderful kitchen. Excellent proximity to downtown. We hope to stay here again.

House beyond expectations, easy walk to pools, tennis etc. Quiet neighborhood. Everyone very friendly when I took my morning walks.

Lovely home

This is a lovely home recently updated and had all we needed for our stay. The pictures and description are spot on. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). Location was great - in the pines but close enough to the courthouse square, stores, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the playground and indoor pool in the community.

Spacious home with nice views

My wife and I have only nice things to say about this property. The home is large and updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed for eating in. The home is situated relatively high compared to neighbors to the south and to the east, so views in those directions are impressive, extending to faraway mountains. The peaceful, well-shaded, and expansive Timber Ridge community was perfect for our hour-long morning walks. We enjoyed walking the hilly streets and seeing deer and javelinas along the way. We drove into town a couple of times, and the Courthouse Square area, with all its restaurants and activities, is an easy 10 minute drive from the house. Overall, this is a really nice house in a great neighborhood.
