The open floor plan takes full advantage of this spectacular property, surrounded by hundreds of acres of conservation land. Breathtaking sunrise and sunset views await you.
The spacious common rooms are perfect for entertaining with a professionally equipped kitchen. Huge sliding glass doors open to a deck overlooking the pond on one side and the screened porch on the other, which overlooks the heated pool. The terrace is equipped with a stone cooking station which includes a gas grill and green egg oven.
The primary suite consists of a study with fireplace, spacious bath with private outdoor shower and king-sized bedroom. The guest rooms are at the opposite end of the house to allow everyoneâs privacy. The first guest room consists of a queen-size bed and full bath. The second guest room has 3 twin beds and an adjacent full shower/powder room.
There is a 1000 Square Foot guest house with a living room, dining area, full bathroom, and queen bedroom. Private outdoor shower included as well.
