Welcome to our Downtown Apartment! Nestled on the north side of downtown Prescott, this cozy unit is perfect for any visit to Prescott & the surrounding area. Centrally located, within walking distance of the courthouse plaza, a local shuttle, shopping center, Sprouts & several restaurants. Many amenities are available to guests, making your stay as comfortable as possible.
The space
This 2 bedroom apartment is brand new, everything in it was created specifically for AirBnB guests.
Each of the bedrooms features a full/double size bed, as well as a closet & luggage rack. There is also a twin air mattress available (by request only),
for anyone who needs to have a child sleep on the floor. There only enough room for 4 adults, and possibly a baby or 2 children.
A small washer & dryer are available for your convenience. A fully furnished kitchen & dining room makes this a comfortable & cozy getaway! Due to limited space & sleeping arrangements, this apartment is perfect for traveling nurses or other mobile work scenarios.
Our apartment is located behind another unit of ours, so the driveway is shared with those guests. You’ll have your own space & a back patio, with a privacy fence. We know you’ll enjoy this cozy yet fresh & trendy space!
Guest access
The entire apartment and back patio is for your use, alone. No one else can share these spaces.
We do host another unit at the other end of the building, a 3 bedroom home, but both units are completely independent of each other. Guests only share the same spacious driveway. Access to the apartment is through the front door using a key code pad, changed after each guest. The patio is not a common area, just the driveway. Everything is yours for the duration of your stay, including the bike rack!
✔️ In order to ensure the upmost privacy of our current guests & housekeepers, I do not send check-in instructions until the day and time of your arrival. I will message you on the app to verify what time you plan to arrive in town, and go from there. Please check your messages and communicate with me, do NOT just show up in the driveway and start ringing the bell. 😊
Other things to note
This is the second Airbnb unit we’ve created on this property. It has been a fixer-upper which has been a lot of fun, very rewarding! The back of the property is still under construction, currently being used as our depot. However, we have altered the driveway to ensure that you are not inconvenienced by this, in any way. Guests may see my husband coming and going from the depot at times, but it just means he’s more available for your convenience.
